Great staff and awesome Dentist.I can only give a 4 star rating since I feel the business needs another qualified Dentist working in the Kewanee location to handle patient needs. I truly worry about losing another tooth before being scheduled in a timely manner. They are so booked out that it is impossible to get in when needed. Resulting in major problems before they can get to them. Routine exams are no problem to book . Other services are very difficult to book in a timely manner.

Red flags were raised at the onset. The practice now has new staff, a new dentist, and a new building. The old charts were not copied over properly. They had allergies listed as current meds and no current allergies! The meds that the old practice had on file did not transfer over. The hygienist was exceptional but the dentist was curt, developed a plan of taking out teeth, filling teeth yet no x-rays taken to confirm extent of said cavities. Stated she would get a blood infection if he did not take out roots.We were also there to have a denture part completed, the specialist had sent over information but office knew nothing about it even though I had called twice before her appointment to ask about it and getting the denture completed.( When I called I got two different answers). The dentist stated he would need to do a lot more work on the denture and it would be at least 3 more visits.We will NOT be going back. I do not recommend this place .

Everyone is always very caring and make a visit to the dentist a good experience!

I had a very good experience at Midwest Dental Kewanee on 8/27/2020.All the staff and Dr. Naert were very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable.The office and treatment rooms were very clean and up to date.I would highly recommend Midwest Dental Kewanee!

After finally getting Dental insurance through work and finding a local dentist I made my appointment. The staff was great, walked me through everything that was going on and answered any questions that popped into my head. The Dentist George Duncan was helpful and explained things well. He helped prioritize to make my dental work in the future manageable.

Im not too very fond of the dentist normally but the staff here were awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Nothing was done without first telling me what they were doing but would also give me a series of events of what to expect. The dentist was nice and both the hygenist and dentist were very thorough with everything they did. I would recommended this place to everyone I know

Great service and friendly atmosphere. This visit was on a time crunch for me. I let them know that I needed to be at another appointment in another town and they worked hard to get us in and out fairly quickly. I was able to make my other appointment with 10 minutes to spare. Theyre awesome.

This a very compassionate and friendly office. I have had 2 crowns done there and the pain was much less than I feared. I had listened to someone else who had planted fears (from a DIFFERENT office). Everyone here was so compassionate and empathetic to my fears and my experience went very well. I have continued to have my maintenance dental care at this office and I would recommend it highly to anyone else.

Very friendly, professional staff and a comfortable office environment. Very helpful acting as liaison with the insurance company. The Dr. communicated well about the procedure and made me feel welcome to ask questions. Not that I will be looking forward to my next trip to the dentist (not a big fan of visits to the dentist), but the procedure was almost painless. As a card carrying odontophobe, I highly recomend Midwest Dental.

Every thing and every one was wonderful

I have been there twice in last 4 mo. I had not been for 4 years (no insurance). They have been fabulous, from the front room staff, to the nurses, doctor, and the lady who deep cleaned my teeth. I am sticking with them!!!

I had a crown come off and they got me in the same day I called. Excellent customer service and the new dentist was very nice!

Very friendly staff. They show real concern on my well being. I would recommend Midwest Dental to all. I have had some real bad experiences over the years, but not there.
