I specifically asked the salesman if it was going to put a hard hit on my credit because he was filling out the paper on me and he said no. Told me that wouldnt happen until he started contacting banks to finance the vehicle. He lied. I waz checking around at different places for prices and deals. Now I have a hard hit on my credit without the vehicle. Oh, and all those vehicles they advertise to suck you in...they arent there. Their Excuse(aka..lie): We only had one and it already sold.

Just stopped here with my wife, spent 10 mins looking at a vehicle outside, no one came out to inquire about potential buyer on the lot. Finally I walked in and spoke to an older gentlemen who actually saw me from his window, I had to do all the asking of questions, no sales pitch to me whatsoever, didnt even attempt to sell anything to me. How can you not have info on your own inventory??! Worst customer service I have ever encountered, you lost a customer and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I do have the money to buy 6 cars if I chose to, but was only looking at one. Ill be heading to Peoria to the ACURA dealership to purchase our next car. Good job Motor City👍, Not..

Dropped my car off for diagnosing services and repair.. 8 hours later nothing was done. I picked my car up to take home because they didnt seem to have time. $54 later for just the disgnosing, My car now sounds like a lumber wagon: super loud and it died on my way home. Worst service ever and i paid cash.

I was talking to Russ for almost 2 weeks to buy a used truck they had for sale. I told him all I cared about was that the body/chassis was straight and no serious rust or holes in the under body. I drove hours with a trailer to come pick it up only to find the drivers side floor rotted out with holes, body panels crooked, and the bed twisted. Waste of my time!
