The first time I took my car here I thought a lot of work would need to be done since it had been a while since my car had been serviced. I dropped off my car, requested a full inspection, and told them to do any repairs up to $200 and to call me if the car needed more than that. It turned out my car didnt need much work at all and we never came close to that $200 ceiling, They could of taken advantage of me but they did not. Ive been taking my car to them ever since and they have been generous with their time and knowledge. The best mechanics I know of.

I recently took my Saturn Vue to SCP for suspension work and they did a great job. The work was done properly and efficiently (1 day) and the final cost beat other estimates. The car no longer pulls to the right and the suspension noise that originally got my attention is gone. I am an engineer and I found the SCP mechanics to be friendly, honest, and automotive experts. I highly recommend SCP.Prior to going to SCP I was told by a dealer that I needed an entirely new suspension including struts on all four wheels. The estimated price by the dealer was $1950. Ouch! Thats when I decided I needed a second opinion on this and SCP was just the ticket. SCP found that the struts were not leaking and still had substantial life left. The bottom line is that they fixed the suspension for just under $1000. Thanks again SCP, great job. Ill be back. --Cliff

They fixed my brake system on very short notice. I thought I had a rear wheel bearing problem as well, but their honest assesment that the bearings were okay, ( it was the tires) saved me hundreds of dollars. I was very pleased with their professionalism and customer service. I think they are a diamond in the ruff, of care care service. Will definitely recommend them, and go again as needed.

Ive been using SCP for multiple cars for about 7 years now and I am happy with their service. I dont think they are the cheapest shop around, but I do trust them. I have always felt they would go the extra mile and only give me the repairs I need at the time. When Ive needed larger repairs, they have also given me options - for instance the cost of a full muffler replacement vs a rebuild with the pros and cons so I can find the options that fits my budget.

I NEVER have to worry about my car at SCP. The guys always do such a great job, and do so remarkably quickly. The day before yesterday (2/24), I broke an axle, ball joint, and sway link on the highway (it was terrifying, as you can imagine), didnt actually get the car towed until 9pm, so the guys couldnt do anything until the next day (2/25). I figured it was either totaled, or was going to cost thousands of dollars. They had all of the repairs done within a matter of just a few hours, at a FAIR price. Today (2/26), my car (a 2004 Volvo with just under 200k in miles) feels brand new. Seriously, I cant sing their praises loud enough. If you want mechanics you can trust, ones that will give you straight and honest answers (and those are hard to come by), and a shop that cares about you and your safety, take your car to SCP.

Great service at very reasonable prices. They have used only manufacturer relpacement parts on my truck when I needed a thermostat replaced and then a seal went out on my trucks air conditioner.

They used to have great service and fair prices, but in the last 6 months whatever change in management or policy theyve had has ruined their business.Do not go here any longer.They will rip you off!!I had my mechanic friend look over my receipt since it seemed high and they literally upcharged over 150% on a tie rod. They also claimed way more labor than way needed and charged over $20 in shop tools -- aka rags and lubricant.They used to be so fair, so its a shame to see them go down hill.Go elsewhere unless you want to pay double whats fair and then argue to deaf ears.
