Why anyone would pay a realtor 6% of their investment money is crazy. You can hire ANY lawyer to write the exact same contract for around $1500 and will have the EXACT same documents and protection. Its you and the Title Company that is doing all the work on the sale or purchase of your home. There is not a realtor alive worth 6% of your home investment. The only thing a realtor has done for Texas is overvalue homes that increase property taxes and put struggling families out of the market, STOP GIVING THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY!!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I would like to start off by explaining the distressing experience my parents had with the Penak realtor duo. When a certain house went back on the market after another family had seemed to turn it down, my lovely parents were notified upon its availability. They quickly took the opportunity to sign a contract and even was able to revisit the house the same day the house came back on the market and the contract was signed. My mother was in tears at the thought that she just signed the contract to her dream home. She was able to meet with the Penak realtors in her new home and even meet the owners who were selling. They told her they would throw her a neighborhood welcoming party when she moved in and even the past owner was so extremely happy and felt a connection with my mother to the point this woman called her “soulsisters”. My mother was in complete tears of happiness in front of the Penak realtors and the past owners. Not ONCE did the PENAK REALTORS bring up the fact that my parents had signed a back up contract. Not once did the Penak realtors seem to show them any sign that they were not the new home owners. In fact, the husband of Mrs. Penak told my mother that the owner was crying with joy in the car as they were leaving to let my mother see the home again. Mr. Penak told my mother that the past owner was actually crying because she was so happy that my parents were going to get there home. The Penak’s knew she had signed a back up contract. The Penak’s knew she did not have the home yet and there was another previous contract underway. They very slyly left out this information and completed there con. My parents would not have signed a back up contract because, as everyone knows, back up contracts will push the initial contract family into completing there purchase under any stipulations. This is what happened to my retired veteran father and his retired wife, my mother. The Penak realtors lost my parents this home, there dream home. I have never in my life been so utterly disgusted by two people. I cannot believe there are people out there like this and let alone Texas realtors. I will make sure to tell as many people as I can about this experience and save them the heartache and emotional distress that the Penak’s have caused my parents. If you are looking for a conniving and heartless realtor duo, you have come to the right place.

Beginning April 22, 2020 and no replies to my requests for basic information on a property in Kerrville, TX I would have a hard time ever recommending or doing business with the Hills Realty in Kerrville.
