After our first house fell through and we had to move out of our rental in 1 month or be homeless, Somer jumped into beast mode and helped me find an even better house. She showed me a ton and never got mad at me for being picky or turning ones down. She answered my calls everyday and answered my concerns throughout the night. She helped speed up the process with my lender and was very involved in all other parties in the buying/selling transaction. Even fighting for me to get all the stuff I requested to get fixed before I moved in and sending all the contractors she knew to make sure things were done right. Even after I moved in she dealt directly with a warranty company for me and when things werent working out with them she went ahead and found me a new company.
