I been waiting for an 1.5 for a simple blood test. And at the end they were like we cant do it because we dont have it. Couldnt they check when I first arrived so I didnt have to sit there. Also there wasnt that many people, maybe 4 at most.

I was just in there last week and I was not impressed. The two collectors were awesome and very friendly but the problem was the office personnel that was standing in the hallway talking really loud. I could not hear the collectors when they asked question. It seemed like the people that work solely in the admin section were to busy wanting to talk, laugh loud and disrupt others then work.
