We ended up having to walk out due to my husband did not have his mask on due to medical issues, he basically was told to wear a mask or he had to leave, we left a full basket of merchandise. Very disappointed due to we were the only customers in the store at this time and he was not even asked why he did not have a mask on. The store used to be great as far as supplies and costumes all we really seen was last years favors, costumes etc

I usually enjoy this store quite a bit. But lately they have been making inventory changes and are lacking in products and choices. Especially getting closer to Halloween, I wasnt impressed with the empty shelves and very limited product. Hopefully they will finish whatever transitions they are working on soon, and get back to the normally great store they usually are.

My daughter and I came by here in the morning and despite the sign telling us that they should have been opened 45 minutes prior to, it was dark and locked up. There was no sign to indicate a time of return or that they were opening late. It was not a holiday. As we were leaving, a frazzled looking woman came hurrying up to the door to open. She offered zero apologies or welcomed us in any manner.When asked if they would air up balloons with helium that we already had (just not inflated), she said, Uhhhh... Im not sure, and then went back to whatever she was doing. We were the only customers in the store. My daughter asked if she could find out. As the Woman was grudgingly going to find out, my daughter spied a sign near the Womans head that stated their policy on this very thing. She told the Woman, Nevermind, theres a sign right here, and the Woman just kind of stopped, didnt turn back, didnt say Thank you, Have a nice day, or even, Piss off.This is not the first encounter I have had with people who seemed to absolutely loathe being there.People who come here are excited for something... A birthday, a graduation, a holiday, etc., and that attitude just plain sucks.On the upside, they do have a wide-variety of party supplies and some really cute and neat stuff for whatever the occasion.

Because of employees ignorance i was told to leave because I did not have a mask on and I kindly explained to them I have a medical issue and was still told to leave because it is a choice for me to not wear a mask....how about you educate your employees before I or someone else sues you for discrimination because I have a medical issue

They do not sell GREETING CARDS at this shop, even though Google Maps brings shows this shop as selling them. Otherwise, a decent place

Wallys has a great selection of party goods and decorations. The people who work there are helpful and friendly. They have a good selection of balloons too.

Good prices but the customer service lacks

Pricey on some items and others are reasonable. Costumes are more expensive than other costume stores.

Generally if you dont find it, someone is willing to help you. The prices are a tad pricey in my opinion, but if you dont want to drive to SA, or order online, this is a good option. They offer a large selection.

The store is always clean and well organized. Everytime I have visited, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Is you need something, like anything almost for a party then you need to co.e here. No more having to drive to San Antonio! Also nice costume variety and quality.
