Royal Pane did a wonderful job cleaning up our vinyl siding and our garage floor! It smells so fresh and clean in there now! They soft washed the back of the house and that looks great! We will certainly ask them to come clean the front of the house in the future!

I went with a friend to a ladies house that you did and I could not believe the job that was done. The poor lady was so upset because it was not done right and half way done. Then she received the bill for the job completed and it really upset her to the point of tears. I have never seen anything like this. My heart went out to this lady. You asked for full payment for the job, the screens weren’t even removed from the windows. Windows were cleaned through the screens. Poor work

Royal Pane Window Cleaning was recommended by a neighbor and we are so happy she thought to give us Michael Murphys name. We were at the end of a year-long remodel with brand new windows still encased in their protective film. Not only was his estimate fair and reasonable (compared to competitors and the work involved) but he was available on our time line. That was super amazing to us. The team of two were like window cleaning ninjas-they were hard working, efficient, quiet and stealth. After having a year of a construction crew on our property, this was a welcome relief. And one of the best parts, they cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash away! Very highly recommended!

They spelled their name wrong. It should be Royal Pain (in the butt). Sending your employee into a gated, private subdivision to go door to door leaving advertising leaflets is a no no. Get a clue, the gate is there to keep this kind of solicitation out. Will never use their services just for this reason. Trespassers!
