Fast friendly service! Everyone was so friendly and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule and take care of my rear windshield on my pickup pretty quick I didnt have to drive around with an open windshield 4 very long at all

Was really disappointed with how they handled business. I will say that everyone was really nice but that’s about it. Took my car to get a new Windshield. Dropped it off at 9 am and they said my car would be ready around 2 pm. It was 2 pm and I hadn’t heard anything so I stopped by. They never touched my car because they ordered the wrong windshield! My car was sitting in the parking lot all day and no one called me to let me know I could pick my car up earlier. I’m not upset about them messing up on ordering the wrong windshield but I’m upset they kept my car all day, without notifying me that I could pick it up sooner. Their reason for not calling me was that they didn’t have time all morning.

I needed s couple of antique divided glass windows repaired. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They did a good job reinstalling the trim and glazing making the repair invisibleThere charge was more than fair. I have since brought them 2 more repairs with the same satisfaction.

Went online to get a quote to replace the windshield on my truck, after having left a voicemail, because they were to busy to answer the phone. That was 2 weeks ago, still havent heard back from them. Im thinking maybe I might need to call someone else, because they obviously dont care.

Broke truck back windshield loading kayaks on a Sunday. Had family reunion next weekend, got recommended to Thad Ziegler by mechanic. Went in on Monday, they were completely booked until the next Thursday. the girl working the front said they just had a huge project cancel, brought my truck in Thursday morning and it was ready 4 hrs later. extremely grateful for the hard work and way they worked me in to get me to the reunion!!!

Is there a minus 5 star rating? I mean this place presented THE WORST service I have EVER experienced. At the beginning I ordered my daughters bedroom windows to replace the old foggy ones nearly two months ago and was expecting them to come out to measure for over a week. After multiple calls to see when they would come back, some man finally came and installed one of the 4 saying that I told the guys I needed one replaced leaving me with 3 foggy ones. But, let me mention that their window had blemishes and had the glue over the edge (looks bad). I put up because the manager spoke to me on the phone and said they would have to order the rest and they would put me on their schedule as early as they can. He also said he woild give me a discount due to the inconvenience after I had to wait a about a month for my first installment. I get a phone call today (2 weeks later) with the sad news that they had messed up on my second order with windows that have a different color frame, WHAT? they wanted to reorder. I couldnt tolerate more mess ups and the wait because it made me sick to my stomach. Manager refused to give the discount on the one they had installed ( so much for them to make a customer forget some terrible experience). Im going to a different place. This place is a joke.

I always use Thad Z glass. They do such good work and work with my insurance company seamlessly. Replaced my Truck with a factory Ford Windshield, and my home glass as well!!

After picking up my car, pieces involved in the windshield replacement flew off on the highway. Returned to Ziegler’s and the installer told me “it’s not my problem.” Do not do business with this place.

My elderly parents went (for me) to schedule someone to come give an estimate on repair of a huge sliding glass door. The receptionist said someone would come by that afternoon, so my (visiting) parents waited. No one came. No one called. I hate it when people act like someone is just too rinky- dink for their time.
