We needed help setting a new device. Candice was very knowledgeable. Upon receipt, we called her, went in the office with the requested information, and was able to get it returned the same day. Had some issues with Outlook, but that was Microsofts problem to solve. All in all, a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Would not hesitate to return or recommend.

Advanced Computer Repair is top-notch in every regard. They are courteous, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Mike took my call on a Friday during the COVID-19 stay at home episode. While he volunteered to come into the shop to receive the computer over the weekend, I opted to wait. When I brought the computer in, Candice met me at curbside. Impressive! (The first shop I went to didnt even help with the door.)Candice listened attentively to the problem. She was honest and told me she would try her best to make the repairs but was making no promises. Mike Edwards is a godsend. He knows everything about computers. And that is great for us. My husband and I are full time telecommuters working for lawyers. So if the computer goes down or malfunctions, we need immediate help. Mike comes and takes care of it. He has always known what to do. wow!
