So before I start this, I will be the first to say, my car was DIRTY when I took it in, heavy on the pet hair and dirt. However I paid $238 to have everything cleaned yesterday. Upon entering my car there were very easy areas that should have been at least wiped down that were not.I’ll attach photos below, however you can see my gauges were not wiped down, the area where my window and dash come together there were huge streaks of dirt and dander that wasn’t cleaned, it’s hard to see in the photos but the bottom 6inches of my window on the inside was not cleaned, the trunk door wasn’t wiped clean, the rearview mirror and top of windshield wasn’t cleaned, the corners of my driver and passenger windows weren’t cleaned, steering wheel and knobs weren’t cleaned. The carpets looked great, and the seats looked better, the center consul was cleaned well.So attention to detail here would be -5. These are EASY to clean and see locations, should have never been missed. Especially when I’m paying that much for a detail. If you just need carpets cleaned would probably be great, but not worth getting a full package. My car was also dead upon pickup, which I have never had an issue with in the past, so would be from the car being left open with radio on I assume.

They do a great job washing the outside of the vehicle and the inside glass but vacuuming never really seems to be done very well and they say theyll text you when theyre done with the vehicle but the last 2 times I went they didnt. Thats important for me because I usually walk over to the mall while I wait for them to finish.

We took both of our vehicles in for a wax.. They did a great job on my husbands truck. But not as good on my SUV. They did an okay job but I still had to come back then next day. And they took care of my issues. But I wont be back the next time I need a detail wax job.

This is a awesome carwash I wish I could find one like it here in Houston I even worked here at one point in my life I do suggest taking some ones with you for tipping throw a couple ones to the vacuum guys also then again the people who wipe it down have patience because this place does get busy they can do 20 to 40 cars a hour

I had to have them re vacuum and dust twice after the initial clean. They did not clean under the seat and left dust spots all throughout the inside of my dash. The floors also looked like they had not been touched after initial clean. All in all because of this I spent almost 2 hours there! I will say they were nice and professional about fixing their mistakes at leastJust wanting to follow up with my experience. Shout out to the manager, Ryan (I think was his name), Noel, and Alberto who turned my negative experience to a positive one! They have gone above and beyond to remedy the negative experience I had and I havent had customer service that like in a long time, maybe even ever!Since I cant leave a new review, Im editing this once more. After much better experiences after my initial one, Im very upset that they charged my card without authorization for recurring services after I was told that I would need to ask for them to do so (which I DID NOT!) Very disappointed, and now have ro wait 5 to ten business days for a refund.

I cant remember one time when I didnt have to ask for a rag to wipe down the inside of my car. This was no exception. I had to wipe down the dashboard which I could have written my name in the dust and ask them to read vacuum the floor. Id like to know how to get a refund for my year package.

Decided to get my truck washed today so I pulled in to the Wash Tub. Drove up and paid 35.00 for the wash and got out. A few minutes later I was told that they locked my keys, in my truck. A locksmith was on his way and it would be 20min. or longer before he arrived😣. Finally... got my truck washed as you can see but not very good😣. Had to come home and finish it myself. I think Wash Tub should refund my money for a horrible experience.

Still didnt get my wheels clean, theyre fairly new, not scared, not discolored,, they couldve just wiped them off, but they didnt....again.... they put tire shine on the tires inches from the cleaning they missed....for $29, kind of sad.UPDATE: went back today 10 days later, got out and went over the places that were not cleaned during my last trip with the check-in guy. Above the rear licence plate, the wheels, and around the back hatch. As the final cleaning guy worked past the back hatch, I walked over and opened it for him, and he cleaned it. Above the licence plate, untouched, and the wheels like wise about 60% clean.

Its been the best place to have your car or truck warshed to have it done and clean Ill not go anywhere else again

The staff was nice but the quality of the wash was very bad. My tires, windows, and rims were all still dirty when I left. I had another appointment so I didnt have time to stay and have it fixed. Very poor wash!

This is the third time Ive visited the Kerrville location and the third outstanding job theyve done on my CR-V. The employees are all very attentive and very professional. Hard to believe its only a car wash, because of the helpful attitudes and a genuine care for the job itself. Good job, people!

Car was clean, but if you have a work truck you will have to spend abit more to have your floorboards wiped. But they have good service I will be back.

Horrible truck wash, multiple areas were left dirty, easy to see areas too. Not what i expected for $135 and a 2 hour and 40 min wait. Im talking about mud left on flat bed and door rocker panels left filthy.Last time i go there.

I have brought my cars here several times and get poor quality every time. Today they obviously didn’t vacuum the driver side or clean the windows. It has been something missed every visit.

Very dissatisfied! After paying $30 I had to take it back to have them actually vacuum it and clean the windows which they did not do the first time.Did not wipe down the rims. Very poor quality work.

Beware if you buy a month unlimited they will bill you every month. They dont ask if you want it they just automatically charge your credit card every month.

Gave them 1 star only because I had to. My husband and I have been her 2 times, figured we’d give them another chance; the first time it took them 3 times to even get the car to an acceptable job. This time the didn’t even use shampoo when they shampooed the seats or carpets and they skipped the inside detail. Do not waste your time or money!

I use the Wash Tub car wash on a regular basis, and find it to be of exceptional quality. Very friendly personnel, from the manager to the end of the line folks who complete their task of professional auto care. No complaints.

If I could give negative stars I would in 2.5 seconds. This car so called car wash is the worst joke in the book. I have been there twice and had to turn back around to get it cleaned again. Are you serious? Why do I need to spend my money on you to do absolutely nothing. I do a better job with my eye closed. A person off the streets that lives out of a cardboard box can do a hell of a lot better job then this car wash. I will never do business here nor will I even think about sending any business that way.

I have been to the Kerrville Wash Tub numerous times over the years - each time Ive had to have obvious undone work done -they always apologize but never seem to correct the work. Spent $60 getting my vehicle cleaned then had to have them redo what wasnt done in the first place. Last time Ill go there, cost too much not to get it done right . Ill go to one of the self-cleans and do it right myself. Extremely disappointing. They need to train the employees better.

I enjoy going to The Wash Tub to get my car cleaned!Unfortunately I am not able to get there as often as I like. The car just seems to drive better after I have been there.Everyone is hustling about, moving cars along.The staff are friendly & helpful & I really appreciate the way they pay attention to the cars interior. They are just able to get into every little crevass & clean out that dust & grime that accumulates there.

My husband took our van to be detailed and we are not satisfied... they didn’t clean the rear bumper or wipe done the weather tech or wipe down the middle counsel. They also left the writing on the window that they put there to know which selection we picked. Needless to say we will not be going back.

The absolute worse detail job I have ever seen. They had to do the job twice and still did a sorry job, and still charged $169.00. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This sort of thing would not have been tolerated had I taken the car in instead of my wife. It pisses me off to no end the way some people take advantage of women.

Waaaayyy over priced for the services (or the lack of) they provide. Still ended up have to do some detailing of my own even after I paid over $100 for them to clean my car.

Most of the time they do a superb job but you have to check that they clean the wheels (hubs) well.

Only full service car wash for miles so tends to get very busy. They do a decent job but not spectacular! When they are busy quality goes down!!

Not happy with my wash today. Spent 29.99 on a wash today. The exterior turned out pretty clean but the interior was not vacuumed properly. There was no attention to detail and it seemed like they just rushed my car through...then they parked it 3 parking lots over.

Where is your manager to inspect the final product?I had to point out black streaks on all four sides and tailgate of a White F350; dirt on hood, wheels still dirty, tires over greased causing flinging oil on sides of truck, forgot to put antenna back on, mirrors still folded in, seat moved all the way . Dirt on side steps. As was putting mirrors and antenna back in places, dozens of zombies walked around waiting for next car.Cost $24.99.I am going to request the cheapest wash possible next time and just tip individuals for extra service and supervise it myself.

Paid for $30.99 car wash with interior detail. My car was ready within 45 min. The interior was good but not exactly detailed. The exterior was very poor with bug and bird droppings still visible. I will NEVER AGAIN go to this car wash.

I have a year membership at this place and will not renew. I cant see having to walk around your vehicle to check for oversight. Especially since the whole front end was still filthy and around the rear license plate was too. This has happened on more than one occasion.I will give credit, the staff is very friendly. The actual work done however needs a supervisor.

We have been there many times and have found that the customer must always check the vehicle before leaving. The employees dont seem to have a consistent drying routine and always miss something.

Yes, they are friendly, even pet friendly. Yes, Im pretty sure Ive had my last wash there. Been getting occasional washes there for a couple of years and been OK. Today I got the $104.99 works as I just came back from the coast and had extra sand, etc inside and out. The truck was dirty, especially inside. I have a dog. So, I get the sales pitch when I pull up and am told that they will get all the dirt out of the inside, even the cracks. The outside is supposed to be cleaned with a clay block ( a process that is used in paint restoration by professionals ) and waxed. When the truck is ready, I go out and there is dirt that I can lift with my finger on the inside and sand still in the bed. I got the guy that wrote up the job and he got a good detail man on the inside and also got the bed spray washed. When I came back out the second time to get the truck the bad spots were all slicked up. Being pressed for time now after the delay I drove off. On the way home I noticed small areas around the radio that were missed completely, the inside windshield had several places that could not have had more than a casual pass with a rag, and mostly the paint on the outside had several small areas that obviously have never met a clay bar. I didnt get what I paid for:: paid handsomely for. If Id had nothing better to do Id have taken it back again.Oh, the cashier wanted me to buy a coupon for $39.98 to get $5 off on 3 washes. I dont get it. Seems like there is a big disconnect between what sales thinks the customers will receive and the quality that they end up with.

I bought a used SUV that was in dire need of a good cleaning insde and out. This is a vehicle that throughout its 12 year history had been washed but never detailed. The interior needed serious attention and I took it to Wash Tub on Labor Day for an Interior Detail that includes a Managers Special Wash. It was a slow day for this location and I met with managers Ryan and Kavin to discuss the plan. I left it for the afternoon and picked it up several hours later. I was very impressed with the outcome and asked to meet my detailer. I was introduced to Joseph and shared my appreciation for his workmanship. Is my interior NEW? Of course not. Is it as good as it can be with all thing considered? Yes it is. Heres the deal, this is a very busy location and we all know that Haste makes waste. In the rush of trying to get your car out to you things might get missed. Point out your concerns and allow them to correct the problem. Managers are there to help with all aspects of their business.My opinion, for what its worth, is that Wash Tub corporate ofices should consider a larger location for Kerrville based on the volume of this location.

I used to love this car wash & decided to take advantage of their special car wash coupon deal... buy 5 car washes for $xxx .... when I tried to redeem a coupon was told Oh, this doesnt include wheel treatment, no interior treatment of any kind, just wipe down only, floor mats just vacuumed, inside windows wiped only, no air freshner treatments, and absolutely no wax of any kind! What the heck did I buy this DEAL for??? Never again will I get caught in that scam! Ill pay upfront for what I want! Too bad, Ive been a very loyal customer for over 10 years at one of their places or another and have ALWAYS been treated fair. Shame on Wash Tub!

Payed for a detail . Was tolled 2 to 3 hours Max. 106$ . Its 4 hours later and the car is still not done. I have never seen anyone work so slow. Next time all just do it my self it will be faster and cheeper

Really depends on the manager working...the car hasnt ever come out completely clean no matter what package you pay for and its never their fault. They have unprofessional tactics and dont take responsibility for their bad actions.

Horrible, paid $30, they spent less than 2 minutes inside the car, barely cleaned the wheels. I paid for wheel dressing, and interior dressing that was never done. The console was not even wiped down. On top of all that the rubber floor Mat wasnt even washed, when I showed them that, the girl yanked it out and left...when she came back it was dripping wet and she tossed it back in and sarcastically asked me Is there anything else!I asked for a refund and wont go back!

$35 for a wash and when I got the car back there was dried bird mess on the windshield and the grill had spots. When asked to fix it i got attitude and they took another 20 minutes. Wont be back.

Second (and last) time there and I have yet to get a clean vehicle. First time, my othe truck was still full of debris from a poor vacuuming job. Second time: I brought in my ranch truck with vinyl floors, and they convinced me to get the $30.99 package to get it all clean. When I went to pick it up, the floors were not clean at all, and there was still mud on the back of my vinyl seats. When I asked about it, I was told oh, that package doesnt include vinyl floors. We only vacuum and spray Armour All. A wet rag could have saved them a customer and helped their business. I told them how unhappy I was with their service, and instead of seeing how they could make the situation better, I was simply told Im sorry. Someone does NOT have a head for business; raising prices and ripping off your customers spells DOOM. I give them another year at this level of customer service.

Purchased the $35 SuperWash which included vacuuming, tire treatment, plus the usual wipedowns and basic exterior detailing. They always try to sell the expensive packages, but I always refuse because theyve never done a satisfactory job on their BASIC inexpensive packages! This last trip there was no different.The basic vacuuming SHOULD BE the easiest part, yet they did a very poor job on the front carpets & rugs --- blatantly MISSED big chunks of debris! I specifically pointed out grease/grime around gas-cap covering and it was NOT done. And the tire treatment looked like they spent only 2-seconds on all four tires! :(95% sure I will not be returning. Would rather drive 30-40 miles somewhere else to at least get a quality job for a basic $35 UN-superwash. Recommendation? Look elsewhere.

The wife took her vehicle to get washed there when I wasnt with her and they charged her $50 and they washed the outside but not very well and nothing was done to the inside she ended up having to take it to another car wash and finishing out the inside and outside herself

TERRIBLE. Paid for full vehicle detail on my Ford Expedition EL back on 10/21/16. During cleaning, they managed to break one of the rear headrests so now its always in the down position. I have 3 kids so no one can comfortably sit in that seat b/c of the broken headrest sticking out. Its been MORE THAN A MONTH and still no resolution. Ford has replacement ready to ship but Wash Tub wont pay for it. Theres absolutely ZERO urgency/desire to fix this problem that they caused! Ridiculous. I call to get a status and never get a call back. I went to the store today in person (Ive been VERY VERY PATIENT UNTIL NOW) and am told the Area Director Mr. Saldana wants me to remove headrest so they can take it San Antonio to repair???? What the hell? Big surprise, Ive yet to hear from Mr. Saldana. Just take car of your customer already! Ford says a replacement headrest is available and ready to ship. Total cost: $400 - $500. By creating this TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, clearly they dont think Im worth even close to that.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AVOID WASH TUB KERRVILLEUPDATE: Found personal number for area director saldana. I called him directly. We scheduled then he canceled initial meeting with me this weekend (weather). Finally met today...lo and behold he actually looked at the head rest and determined the pull string/handle might be tangled up in locking mechanism. He had it untangled in just a few mins and it seems to be working fine now. Thank you! So the Kerrville mgr immediately went about solving the problem the wrong way from day one...by immediately trying to find cheap route for a fix...rather than getting it checked out immediately by Ford service (~1000 feet away) or - apparently - anyone with some mechanical know-how on such things (definitely not the Kerrville store mgr and not me...but I also didnt want to go jacking with it for fear of fouling it up more and becoming part of a problem they clearly caused). Could have easily been avoided. Dang.
