Our Car was DOA on Saturday evening 9/18/21 at Walnut Canyon Cabins. Insurance Company dispatched Integrity Towing, but the driver Taylor C. was 45 minutes away. Chevrolet of Fredericksburg was able to have someone at the facility meet Taylor although it was after hours. Thank you Taylor at Integrity, and John and Rob at Chevrolet of Fredericksburg. Our car arrived safely Saturday evening and was fixed, ready for pickup Monday evening.

I was put in a bad situation but integrity towing helped me out going above and beyond what was fair. I cant say thank yall enough!

Integrity was the only company in town willing to assist in a repo needed. Every other company I called didn’t want to and didn’t want to do it at the time I needed it done. The other companies wanted me to work around their schedule and what was convenient to them. Integrity met us out at the shop within 15 minutes and keep in mind, it was around 1am! He took less than 20 minutes to go repo the vehicle and was back at the shop!! He also did us a huge favor by letting us store the vehicle in his yard to keep it hidden. BY FAR THE BEST customer service, efficiency, price, and professionalism. I would only recommend Integrity if you’re looking for all the things I listed above. They are the absolute best!

My husband had a heart attack and was taken by ambulance to the hospital! Integrity Towing took such good care of us when they got his vehicle for him! Their communication and care for us was 5 star! They went above and beyond to make sure we had one less thing to stress about in our crisis! Can’t say enough about their professionalism... if you want to deal with someone that has heart, give them a call!

My family and I live in Arizona. Last week we had to travel to Louisiana to bury my little brother who was struck by a car on his bike and killed. On our way back home, we were traveling through Kerrville on I10 at around 9 at night when a pretty large male deer walked onto the interstate right into our path. Our vehicle hit the deer at about 70mph. Needless to say, it was a very traumatic experience, with the passenger airbag activating and front end damage beyond repair. This happened on Saturday night November 7th. Jerry and his wife arrived very quickly, picked up our vehicle and drove my family and I to a hotel in Kerrville TX. Jerry then offered to take me wherever I needed to go, to pick up a rental car. This was not a hollow promise, Jerry arrived to our hotel early Sunday morning and took my wife and I to another town 36 my minutes away as this was the only car rental place opened on Sunday. Jerry was very understanding about are situation of being 900 miles from home and he and his wife went above and beyond to help us during such a difficult time. After speaking with Jerry and his wife, it is clear that Kerrville TX has a BIG problem with the extreme deer population in that town.I could say so much more about how amazing Integrity Towing is, but to some all this up; if you are traveling through this town, PLEASE pay close attention to your speed and your surroundings because deer are all over interstate 10 in that area. But if you end up in the same situation my family and I had to go through, Integrity Towing is by far the absolute best there is. I have never in my life met such wonderful people willing to do what Jerry and his wife Serena did for me and my family. Thank you so very much guys! Your care and compassion will never be forgotten!
