They were able to replace my leaking power steering hose the same day that I brought the car in, when everywhere else I’d called said it would be a 2-3 week wait before it could even be looked at. Same day repair, No hassle,would recomend balsers 1st. Will not say names but sent my car to another mechanic closer to me for rocker arm replacement. They couldnt even find my battery and recommended new engine!! I towed it home fixed it myself.

Being new to Kerrville, we moved here in summer on 2013, I asked a friend where was the best place to take my car for service. He said Balsers Automotive. Since that time I have had my Chevy Malibu in for oil changes, tire rotation and inspection.Each time I have gone in, no appointment is needed, I have been treated with friendly service and all work has been done in a timely fashion and the cost has been reasonable. If asked I would recommend Balsers with no hesitation.

Superb service in every way! We were stranded in Kerrville when our clutch went out on our car and on a Sunday when everyone was closed. Luckily we chose to take it to Balsers because of their great location...right next to a super good Mexican food restaurant. Balsers had an after hours key drop off station and a form and even a pen to write with, describing the problems to the car. They contacted us first thing the next morning and gave an accurate estimate of the charges...and in a couple of days it was done...they did a terrific job and we couldnt be happier. A++++

Facing unknown problems, having my truck towed into Balsers, I feared an expensive, deep-rooted repair issue. Balsers took a very close and thorough look at things and came up with the hard-to-find solution at a minimum of cost.I trust them explicitly. Never have they charged without asking and never have they charged for more than the actual fix.My mechanic as long as Im around.

Been taking our cars to Balsers for 8 or 9 years. Repairs are done quickly, prices seem competitive . Also, when I have to drop the car off and have nobody to pick me up, they will set up a ride home and then pick me up when the work is done. You dont find that just everywhere these days.
