Often, I have received extra advice as a courtesy, on extra forms required that year. I recommend this practice if you are seeking no hassle relationships.

This year, I was in need of a CPA and I decided to use Karen for my corporate and personal returns. I was a bit unsure of my quickbook methods, but Karen was able to get me up to speed. She did a very good job on my return and I am happy that I decided to use her.

When I first walked into Karens office, it smelled horrible of cigarettes. However, they were friendly so I proceeded with their service. I paid them over $600 to file my taxes, and they didnt complete the job. They gave me tons of misinformation, and ignored my emails and calls on many occasions. Not to mention, they continuously lost paperwork and costed me even more money to rework everything they messed up. Would not use them again, this is not a professional way to do business.
