As a renter I could not have asked for a better property manager than Sharon Dawson at Jennic or a better owner than Donny Root. They were both very responsive to any issues with the house. And in almost 3 years, I only had 2 minor problems. I highly recommend them and will definitely use both of them again should I return to the Kernersville area.

In order to help others make the good decision not to use this company, I am writing this review. My time with this company was one hundred percent unsatisfactory. Communication was almost non-existent. The owner could not be bothered to answer questions before weeks had passed, if ever, or give an account of the money spent on repairs that were not authorised by me, per our contract. Record keeping seems to be an afterthought, and even now I dont have any records of money deducted for repairs since November. It was supposed to happen every month. My renters check bounced and she failed to contact me. Then when I had a friend to call her to find out why I had paid two mortgage payments with no word about rent that had not come, she said she had emailed me to tell me what happened, but would try sending from another email address. I never received that email either. Strange. Now, our contract is over, as I cancelled it, and all the rental documents from my renter that were supposed to be mailed more than two weeks ago, have still not arrived. I have been told by my renter that the owner failed to communicate in a timely manner with them as well. These are just some good examples of the way this company operates, but not the whole picture. Ultimately, in my opinion, good business practice is fairly universal, so if you want a positive and effective relationship with your property manager, go elsewhere.
