Went with my wife to this poor excuse of a store. Went to get balloons along with some other items and was informed by the manager that they had no employee that new how to tie balloons. After that it took the manager to make a phone call to refund us for the balloons. The manager had to call someone to explain to them how to process a refund. What a joke of a store.

Worse location to visit. I love music I mostly listen to rap but I dont want to hear it at the highest level while shopping. Very unprofessional environment. Aisles are always cluttered. I dont see how its not a fire hazard. I sent a email to main office wanting to supply pictures of the aisles. I never heard back from them. Employees are rude. They never have shelves stocked. I thought the 1st visit... oh ok they just got a shipment. No its like this every time Ive been. Locations like this is why Kernersville doesnt want anymore added. I didnt understand why until I saw 1st hand.

The staff is kind every time I go there. However, it is quite crowded with merchandise that has yet to be put on shelves. I also dont think they carry the number of workers they need to be able to have the store setup completely.

The manager i guess here with a long ponytail and glasses he got a attitude all the time and he dont accept coupons and he has a mad staring problem!

This place has went extremely downhill. Constant blockages of stock bins laying everywhere blocking aisles. You cannot access certain aisles at all. Certain employees using their phones constantly. I used to visit this store frequently but I cannot access 95% of what I am there to get or the shelf is empty where its still om the boxes on a bin that hasnt been stocked for several days since the truck delivered their stock. This place needs to hire employees that actually enjoy their job or consider hiring a 3rd shift stock crew. Its a complete safety hazard to anyone who has mobility issues or basically anyone who enters the store. It has been shut down for fire code violations from what I was told but nothing has changed since if that was true.

I can usually find what I need there. They have HUGE boxes of baking soda for $2.00. I use it in the cats litter box. I buy 3 at the time..theyre great!

Cant walk down aisles, product sitting out constantly, not put up. Not enough labor at Dollar Gen anymore. Three years ago it was great. Ive stopped going because of this.

This store was absolutely the biggest mess I have ever seen. Most of these stores are in disarray but this one is terrible. Apparently there is no oversight at all with this business.

They are always polite. And helpful...but the store is so of boxes they need help ! Help! Out of order.

I go to multiple Dgs weekly. If you want a clean well stocked store, you go to Walnut Cove...friendly employees will vary. Very good experiences at Motor Rd, Germanton, Patterson, and Dodgetown..as far as employees You want a clean organized store..Patterson, Walnut Cove, Walkertown.You want bad service..Waughtown st, and Walkertown are the worst.

Need more cashiers at this location and others as well. I mean on a sat afternoon there was 1 employee working and when i went to cash out there were 9 people in line.

Very disappointed in this visit. I usually enjoy shopping there but this time the aisles were packed with stock the manager ignored multiple customers waiting in line with one cashier that seemed more concerned about what time she was leaving. This will be my last visit. It seems the stores that open are great for awhile and then go downhill.

Not easy getting around the store when there are carts everywhere with merchandise for stocking shelves. Drake was super nice and really made the experience at checkout.

Convenient location to avoid the longer drive to big box store but customer service and cleanliness needs improvement.

I downloaded the app that was advertised ALL over the store had about $10 in coupons and the cashier just simply stated I dont know how to input your phone number so I couldnt use my coupons! I wouldnt have gotten half of that stuff. I will never go back to this particular DG.

Loaded money onto a prepaid debit card here. At most dollar general locations it takes an extra moment to complete transaction and several hours for the funds to show up in the account. This time, not sure if it has to do with this dollar general or if its coincidenc, the funds were available within a half hour if not sooner. I was very pleased with this and will definitely reload the debit card here the next time the opportunity presents itself.

I shop here frequently where it is very close by. Ariel and Erica are both wonderful people who make your shopping experience an easy experience. I usually go through Ericas line more than anyone else. Im personally glad there was a change in management. The original manager even though she was friendly(after you got through the expression that stated otherwise) always had an expression of not wanting to be there. That alone kept people away or avoiding her line.

Well the people working there are great seriously . The isles are another story facts they are losing the battle of stocking the shelves . Ive been to alot of dollar generals Ive never seen it that bad

ALWAYS have truck carts in the aisles. Lines always long with ine cashier doing check out and 2 other people stocking and not helping! Always seems to be short staffed!

Some of the employees are very nice and treat customers right..i love the prices. I feel bad that the employees work in stressful conditions like crowded aisles.& not enough help. Stock needs to go out more quickly, but there needs to be more hired help. Also, the worst thing is one of the managers did not make me feel welcome at all. I walked in last night & she said I had 10 minutes. I thought that was rude. I give them a lot of business. I kmew they were closing soon & I had no intentions of over-staying.

Decent prices and their store brands are a bargain. They offer old-fashioned candy and many food staples. The store today was well stocked and cleanThey have a digital rewards program that will give you even more savings.

Cashier put my candy bar in with cleaning stuff i where was my candy bar in with cleaning stuff i said you dont do that it spill on the candy she did not said anything this problem needs to be fix

Went to get Valentines for school and they had lots of choices and the prices were great.My grand-daughter paid with here own money. She is ☺

You can find inexpensive household goods but the store is a fire hazard!! Junk piled up in the aisles blocks shoppers.

Cashier Brande was very kind. Store is not very organized but I got some great clearance items. All in all not too bad of a trip. Wish the store was not so scattered and messy though.

This dollar general falls short in every way. Shelves are often empty. Which is crazy because you cant even walk down the aisles due to all of the boxes of stock waiting to be put away! Every other aisle is un useable. Its like that every time I go...

The store has been an absolute wreck every time I go in there . Their is frieght all over the place the shelves are a disaster . It looks like a tornado came threw it . Barely room to even walk down the aisle . You don’t know the prices of anything because back to the shelves are a disaster . This store needs new management or something because it’s horrible. I love to run into Dollar General in stead of a grocery store when I need a few things. The medication is cheaper here then many places. It is a lot less trouble to stop in Dollar General then waiting in line at a bigger store.

Went in for garden supplies didnt have what I was looking for but the casher lady was very helpful.

It was full of stock on carts, making it hard to get around, when you are handicapped, making it hard to get around. The last few times I have been there it has been like that. I wont be going back.

I bought extra lilies on 5/4 for my sons wedding on 5/6, I was just being cautious. I went to return 30 today with the tags still on them and was told they do not except returns but will give you store credit. I just want to warn anyone else to never overbuy satin flowers. Ridiculous!

Clean, friendly staff, very helpful. Rarely have sale items length of sale. Sale stsrts on Sunday stock comes in Wednesday. Otherwise nice store

This store is so messy. Shelves are bare, the aisles are blocked with merchandise needing to be put on the bare shelves. I was blocked from three aisles. Im sure this us a fire hazard.

We have had two terrible experiences with the bathroom. The womens bathroom never works. We have to always use the mens. And its not clean, and very cold.
