Been waiting for a package for a week now. I’ve actually traced the package its gone between Greensboro, High Point and Kernersville. They keep sending it between each other. Refusing to answer calls and refusing to respond to emails about the package. I gave up. Incompetent people. Whats the point in having a post office if you can even deliver mail correctly.

On July 7th, 2021 I went to the Kernersville, NC Post Office to mail a package to my daughter. It was weighed, I paid, took my receipt and left. I had Che led on tracking and there was never an update. Guess what arrived yesterday to ME? The package with NO POSTAGE ON IT! The baffoon at the desk could not even manage sticking the postage sticker to the damn box!

Horrible and disappointed with them. My package was received in their office and sent out to be delivered. Now no one knows where my package is meanwhile the manager told me it was sorted them. I do not like post offices they are the worse second experience I had with a post office

I just wanted to say how much I love this USPS location. Each and every visit, I am ALWAYS welcomed with super friendly smiles and positive attitudes. Mrs. Kathy, Mr. John, Mrs. Michelle, and the other 3 ladies ROCK! They always help me mail my packages with ease. My mail lady, Mariah, also ROCKS! Great job, guys!

I go out of my way just to go to this post office whenever I need to mail package. Alisha is THE BEST and is always so nice and helpful. She always takes care of me and makes it easy. I don’t dread going to the post office like I used to because of the staff at this location.

I understand Covid and the holidays have caused back up but if you’re still charging me a fee for priority mail 2-3 shipping you should get it to me WITHIN 2 WEEKS

Friendly faces that try to help you as fast as they can. Sometimes the line gets long...but that day they had a 3rd person come up and work and they were all happy, professional and quick. But the customer service stood out! 5 stars

Had a package to be sent out today and Mitchelle was so very helpful. Great personality and she was very quick. Was my first time shipping anything so she explained the prices for me and which would be the best way to ship my package. She was Awesome!! Thank you Mitchelle! I give a 5 star!!

Someone put my Sons birthday shoes in the wrong mailbox! OR, they did not deliver them at all. I am going to speak with a Branch Manager. Someone has misplaced TWO items now!!!! Ive lost nearly $500 worth. Irresponsible!

No one at this facility will answer the phone. If you stay on hold and wait, the wait time is expected to be an hour. Theyve had a package I ordered on eBay on Dec 14, 17, since Dec 15, 17, and it is still pending acceptance. It was sent guaranteed delivery within 5 days; supposed to arrive today, Dec 20, 2017. This is the sorriest service Ive ever experienced and Ill never use the USPS again; FedEx from now on.

Said they tried to deliver a package but nobody was there... I was home all day. They say they left a notice, no they didnt. Why the hell do I even need to sign for a fifteen dollar package?

I arrived in person to solve a usps mystery. Front office very helpful but I need a supervisor, waited over 30 minutes, no supervisor showed up to help. Front office took my name and number..going on 3 hours later, no call back. Went online to inquire of my situation, filled out 2 different contact us forms, to find that there is no SUBMIT button. Called the Greensboro distribution center. Press menu option 2. It gives you a different phone # to call. Called it, it gives another phone number to call. Called it it went to voicemail to tell me to go to the website 😤. After which it FINALLY goes to another voicemail. I left a message.Oh what fun and so much help that I received! NOT

Came in this evening around 12-1PM and received discriminatory customer service. I walked up and placed my with the weight of my arms (relaxed) gently lieing on the desk. As doing so I address the woman with eye contact. . . ; by that simple and straight forward gesture she seemed to be frightened. . . and comments for me to Step back. I ignored the request and finished my question and then departed saying Have a good day! She didnt even respond and requested for the next customer. Not good customer service. I see plenty of people being way more direct and at times hasty that get better treatment than I did.Whats wrong with the Woman? Preconceived notion?!

While visiting daughter on Sunday, November 12, 2017, at 11:05 AM, a US Postal jeep drove down Clifton St. (a residential street) by KERNERSVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL(!!!) RACING down the street way above the speed limit. There are children living, walking and playing on this street. US jeep turned left, going toward school. They drove SO fast, we couldnt tell whether it was a man or a woman driving. Next time this happens, the police WILL be notified!

Been waiting two weeks for something an still not here

Ive typically had a good experience with the representatives at the counter but thats about it. I ended up cancelling a subscription to a magazine as mine was apparently the one at the top of the bundle. I would constantly get them with box cutter slices going through the cover and multiple pages and looking as if it was carried through a war. I mention it to a supervisor and got a that is how we cut the straps response. In addition, for the 2nd time in a week, I received a package delivered notification, hours after the normal delivery time, only to find that the delivery wasnt actually made. The first one showed up the next day. Hoping the second one does as well, but whats the point of the tracking info if it is not accurate?

I paid extra money to have two orders shipped by a certain date. One item was delivered to my doorstep at 11:18am. The other order was marked undeliverable at 11:38am due to having an incorrect address. If my address was so incorrect, how did I receive the other with no problem? Im absolutely disgusted.

I just had my wives anniversary gift thrown by the mail carrier. I called the 800 number and its an hour wait.

Excellent service at this location. Package from out of town with wrong address was sent & when we discovered the error contacted them by phone and 24 hours later the package had been located & they called to tell me it is in our mailbox! Very polite & prompt correction of a problem that wasn’t technically theirs to solve!

Very frustrating when it says package delivered when its not..This is the very first time my package is lost and delivered it to wrong address After 2 days of finding it out someone just leave it to (outgoing mail) sticking out. What if I didnt came early at the mailbox and someone stole it?Please Send my package to my address carefully in my mailbox locker Thanks so much

The lines are not usually long here. There is a postal machine outside in the lobby to weigh and get postage for packages and letters. You can also buy stamps. There are drop offs for after hours and post office boxes available to rent. The USPS also sells greeting cards and commemorative items.

Kernersville has terrible customer service. tried to make a complaint to postmaster. she took my number and never called. called day before and made a complaint. we are not getting our mail in our box it is being delivered up the street and every where but our box. called toll free number after a 45 min wait they said they would call me back with needed information. never heard from them. no wonder they are going broke. the survey they give you at the window falls on deaf ears. ups and fedex has them beat hands down.!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few weeks ago I put packages in my mailbox to be picked up. Flag up. Mailman didn’t get them but delivered mine. Happened again yesterday. First time ok but to happen again bs. That’s on top of almost everyday getting mail that doesn’t belong to me. I have to deliver to neighbors . They need some new mail carriers

Is it really that hard to walk 15 feet to my front door? Its getting old waiting on something and find a delivery notice saying they tried. It happened again(its happened 10-20 times altogether.) I watched him put mail in the mailbox and drove to the next without stepping a foot out of the car. I shouldnt have to go to the post office to pick up something because theyre too lazy to walk a few feet to the door. Then a few days ago I get a notification that my stuff got delivered. Then I noticed the mailman dropping off our mail a few minutes later. Its been over a week and still hasnt showed up. Its ridiculous.

I had a package lost then delivered almost a week later from expected delivery notification . I have had more trouble deliveries from FedEx Kernersville Post Office than any other FedEx Post Office.

My package was suppose to be delivered today, and although I was home ALL day waiting, I received a note that I would have to pick up my package the next day at the office because I was not home to accept my package. Incredibly frustrating. I should not have to retrieve my package that I paid to expedite ship just because the postman was too lazy to walk the large box to my door.

Seriously? I received my big box package from Amazon prime yesterday at 5pm but never received my itty bitty small brush from Amazon prime, but I did received a big lie tho that the carrier ATTEMTEPTED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE AT AROUND 6:15PM and LEFT A ATTEMPTED DELIVERY NOTE WHICH IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND AROUND OUR LOT OR OUR MAIL BOX.I did call the office this afternoon telling the person who answered my phone call the same thing. He checked my tracking number and says that the carrier has it with him and it should be delivered today. Now, if I dont received my package today which is a small brown envelope with watercolor brush inside Im telling you. They need to hire a reliable mail carrier than this. I understand tiredness and such.. But dam at least you get to sit and drive around instead of walking and on your feet all day long running around. Come on now.

Non delivery wrong mail late mail sorry service

I work in local government and they push customer service on the employees hard, as they should. Everytime I go to this post office its the worst customer service. They never hold mail or foward mail, I constantly receive others mail and they do nothing. Without a doubt I would never recomend the USPS for shipping services of any kind.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Weve been having trouble with our carrier for weeks. We get mail for people who dont even live on our street. As for the actual office, its even worse. I called this afternoon around 4:45 to check on why I didnt have my package delivered when I got the text from Amazon saying it was. Turns out, its floating in a parcel locker somewhere. I stayed on hold for ten minutes then got hung up on. When I tried calling back, no one answered. The package was labeled out for delivery at 9am. At 4:20 it was supposedly delivered. We got our mail around 1:30 this afternoon. All I can figure out is that the driver overlooked it and took it to the mystery parcel locker which I will have to go out in the morning to get. 😡

Trash. We get our neighbors mail/packages at least twice a week and have to take it to them, and packages addressed to me get sent back because my name isnt on the mailbox, yet normal mail is fine to leave, apparently.

I use this post office often, and the last two times I have encountered a problem. When I call to speak with someone, the same person always answers the phone.. John. John isnt friendly and he isnt helpful and my problems never get resolved and because of John, I will not be using this post office anymore.

For some odd reason the mailman keeps marking a check from the state treasurer RTS for over a month now, delivered socks I ordered from China to my neighbor and puts other peoples mail in my box even though its clearly marked. The supervisor is working on why, most everyone there is friendly: except John.
