Did A great job on the boots and reasonable price.

I have a pair of ultraboost that I regularly use for exercise because of its very comfy soles.But after few months the molded sole seams at the side of the shoes started coming off the knitted cloth part.I really liked the shoes so I visited the store to see what could be done.They said they could stitch it. And it came out Great!The stitch blended very well at the side of the shoes~~!They used black thread, cleaned, dyed, and shined the side of the sole.Its great, I get to keep using this comfy shoes for my exercise, without worrying about breaking in a new shoes!

My first experience here was great. One of my favorite pair of boots were falling apart. I really liked these boots since they just fit me so well and had it for years and could not find another just like it. So I went here to have it fixed up and wow. They replaced the bottoms and have it shined and it looked great and felt just perfect like it used to be.

I had one of my Harley Davidson leather jacket start to wear down on the zippers. The rest of the jacket is fine but the zipper started to not work properly and felt like it was coming apart almost.I took the jacket to this place and they told me exactly what they can do and how they would do it. They replaced the whole zipper and now the jacket zips up perfectly like when I first got it.No need me for me to get a whole new jacket and that would have been a huge waste of the jacket since it only needed the zipper to be replaced.They did a great job and Im happy with the results.

I needed to have a shoe build up done on a pair of shoes that I was going to gift to my Aunt. I was recommended by my co-worker that this place does shoe build ups so I went and was pleasantly surprised by the results.Not only did it look and feel great, my Aunt loved them and it fit her well which is very important for her knees.I am happy with they did and will continue to come for shoe build ups.

My wifes purse that she really likes had the strap that was starting to come off. So I took the purse to them and they were able to fix it up and it looked perfect. Looked just like it was before and she was happy with it. I had no problems and would recommend this place for your bags and purses.

My favorite pair of cowboy boots with gator skin has been getting worn out since I wore it so much. The soles were near done and needed to have them replaced. So I decided to come here to see what they could do and as I expected a place that specialize in shoe repair, did an amazing job resoling my boots. These boots mean a lot to me since they were given to me by my father and its great to see them like new again.Definitely recommend this place for your shoes and boots.

I dropped off a piece of luggage to be repaired just before covid-19. He kept it until I finally made it back over that way in late June. Did a great job on replacing the wheels.

I did a build up work done on my pair of shoes and it came out great.

I have a closer store that does repairs but I figure I try a new one and I am glad I did. They did a great job in doing replacing the soles on my boots and they were ready in less than two days. I will be coming back soon for my other stuff.

They did a great job repairing the soles of my shoes and repairing a leather jacket. I wanted to clean the leather jacket, but he warned me it would be expensive and suggested a brushing instead. It turned out great.

Brought in my dress shoes for a half sole and heel replacement and it came out very nice. In fact I like the new ones better than the orignal ones it had. I am very pleased and will come again.

I brought in my suitcase to get the wheels and handle fixed. The wheels were worn out and kept shaking, and the handles were almost stuck and wouldnt move, I wasnt even sure if this was even fixable but they were able to do it. It works perfectly and even works better than when I got it new lol. Definitely recommend this place for suitcases.

I brought in one of my Samsonite luggage for repair because the wheel was falling apart and would not roll well. I was not sure if this was something that could be fixed but they were able to not only fix and replace it, but it actually works better than it originally did! Very satisfied with the fix and will be bringing my future luggage problems to here.

Great work on my boots. It was my favorite pair and they were able to fully redo my sole and looks brand new! I always recommend this place to my friends.

Came to have my bag stitched up after a bad rip happened. They were able to stitch up the tear really nicely and it looks really strong so it wont have any problems later on.I would recommend to come here for any stitching you need done.

I actually had to tap one star to let me rate this shop but it actually deserves ZERO rating. The man at the front desk is the rudest person behind the counter Ive ever had to deal with. I forgot he has treated me in such manner before yet went in there once again and nothing has changed. Their prices are ridiculous so when you engage into trying to figure out details on the service they are going to provide he gets defensive and he disengages and heads back to the other room behind the wall where he is working and leaves you there just standing... hes done this not once but TWICE! I am never going back again and I recommend you dont go either as he is not polite and his way to deal with customers completely sucks !!!

Whenever the strap on my leather backpack broke, I brought it here. I called to get an estimate on the cost, and he gave me a number, but even said that it could be more depending on the severity of the damage, which is to be expected. They were very friendly, only charged me $17, and did an awesome job! I am very pleased and will be definitely be bringing my leather goods here again!

Brought my favorite pair of boots here after noticing it slowly falling apart. I had them resoled and cleaned and now it looks great just like new. Also had my wifes bag stitched up after the strap was falling apart and that also looked great.

I needed my suitcase repaired, after one of the wheels broke off. I came here to have it replaced, and they fixed it super quick. They were friendly and did an amazing job, I would definitely come back for any other repairs.

I called ahead last week to be sure he could resole my Birkenstocks because it is a 30 minute drive. He told me no problem, $50, two business days.Get here today the price is $65. When I tell him he quoted me $ 50 on the phone last week he says I said about $50-$60 which is not true. He reduced the price to $59 and I agreed because I did not feel like looking for or driving to another shop. Then he tells me I have to pay in advance. I told him I would pay when I picked up the shoes. I have never used this guy before I found him on the internet so there is no way I am paying in full until I see that the job is done right. His response was not to offer half now and half on pick up, which I would gladly have done, his response was to throw my shoes up on the counter, turn around and walk away while muttering something under his breath.This guy needs to learn a thing or two about customer service and honoring what you quote.

My son speaks fluent Mandirin, has a masters from a Chinese university. I spent a month touring the country with him, and i didnt meet a single Chinaman that was rude to me.Hadnt ever met a rude Chinese until meeting this guy.One in 1.7 billion...

I have been going here for a couple of different shoes and its been quite simple and quick. No problems, just got them fixed and cleaned.

Very good works for my hunting boots resoled and suitcase wheels replaced with nice quality hokey wheel. very recommendable!

Quaint little small shop that does terrific work,,,before you think favorite shoes,purse, or belt is a lost cause check with these guys first......
