I had Rich design a website and manage for 7 years. Lately I added a business partner and changes and issues we had seemed to go unanswered or not a good answer was given. We cancelled the service and within 1 hour he took down the website and deleted all our emails with the opportunity to retrieve emails or addresses which in turn cost up business and angry clients. This to me was very unprofessional and would not recommend him in the future.
