First visit. Everyone went right to work even around my chatty self. I really liked the girls .... so nice and knowledgeable about pets, their work. I like the layout of the plan .. A and B. I am a neat person but due to too many years running I have injuries, arthritis and I am short and 65 years old so they are a blessing to get to areas that I cannot reach or bend down to . Personally they do things that would never get done. The bi monthly price is reasonable. So glad I found out about your service. Thank all of you!

The cleaners were very efficient and hard working. Very pleased.

Great place to work, just couldnt stay on with them due to my Luck😒.First day my serpentine belt on my car came off as soon as I got there. 2 days later, was hit by a car on the way and had to an Ergent Care facility and put my car BACK.IN THE SHOP. First day missed. Then come that Monday, my tire was acting up on the front right, and come to find out, the wheel was close to falling off due to wheel Barrens. Just a case of bad luck but an awesome experience working in the short time I was there🥺.

GREAT as usual. One of the smaller vacuum brushes hid itself under my coffee table. I will leave it out where it can be seen the next time they come to visit.

I love every other Thursday when Christy and Dylan (sometimes others) come to clean our house! The dog hair is gone and in its place are sparkling floors! The coffee stains in the kitchen sink are gone! The dust on the sunroom coffee table is gone! The bathrooms look and smell great!Seriously, I cant say enough good things about this cleaning service. The price, the amount of time spent and the service are the best I have found in 20 years.I am so glad we found this service!

I waited until I had a few sessions of cleaning with this company before writing. They have been great. Yes, some different people have come each time but mostly the same people. They seem to have teams but a handful of the same people keep coming--Turquoise, Brittany, Brooke and a few others. They are very professional and work hard, My house looks great when they leave. I had recent guests comment on how clean my house was. I had to confess I have other people--The Cleaning Authority--clean it. I love coming home to my clean home. They do a great job. I feel like I come home to a newly cleaned hotel after they have been here. They do a GREAT job.

Searching for a house cleaning service to be started promptly, we came across this company and was able to give initial moderate details of what was needed. We gave a time to come and assess our needs with Don and he came personally to do the walk through. He stated he would give us a quote and we can go from there. Needless to say, we never got the quote, didn’t return calls and he won’t pick up. What an outstanding company!RACIALLY BIASED

Weve been using the Cleaning Authority for our house cleaning services for almost 2 years and have had a great experience. Caitlin M. and Chelsea H. always pay attention to detail, and I love coming home after they visit. They have a consistent dedication to quality work and theyre also great with my two dogs. I also really like that they use natural cleaning products, so I dont have to worry about my pets getting sick from industrial cleaning chemicals. I have recommended them on several occasions to friends in the area and will continue to do so.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for about a year, and have been incredibly pleased with the level of service Ive received. The owner, and the administrative team have been very responsive. Ive worked with Don and his team to change my cleaning rotation from every other week to monthly, and have had no issues scheduling an extra cleaning from time to time when there has been more traffic in my home. The team that cleans is fantastic! Monica and Brandy (and Judy too!) do a better job in 2 hours once a month than I ever did trying to clean 3 hours every weekend! Even the baseboards and the blinds get cleaned! I have had fewer problems with allergies since using the Cleaning Authority to clean my home, and at a price that is MORE than reasonable. I trust them enough to be in my home when Im not there, and Im very thankful for the work they do and the time they save me. Ive recommended the Cleaning Authority to other friends in the area after they were recommended to me, and I will continue to do so. I honestly dont remember what I did without them.

This company never did everything they say in writing that they do. This was my first experience with a cleaning company and I gave them a few chances thinking maybe they had an off day. Nope. The last time they came they did our 3000 sq foot home in just 50 minutes. How good do you think that job was? I went into the master bath 2 hours after they left and slipped on a rug because the bottom was still wet. They put rugs down before the floor was dry!! Ended up in the ER and have been on crutches since. Left messages with the owner twice and he didn’t even respond. Finally he responded to an email stating they deny any fault and that all communication should be with their legal team. First time they came one of the employees was complaining about never getting off during holiday weeks and also kept getting calls to hurry and get to another job. Terrible customer service!

I wouldnt even give a star. The owner DON AND HIS WIFE are both unprofessional. Don will lie. Run over you and Cheat. He rushes his employees to get out of the house and doesnt follow up with his first view of the home. He cannot keep employees due to his lack of being unprofessional so Everytime a crew comes to your home. You will see a new face. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Take your money else where.

I cant attest to the companys cleaning ability, but I can say that the owner is rude and condescending. He came out to do an initial consultation and all he could do was point out things about my house that needed fixing. He said Id have to have my house professionally cleaned before his company would clean it (uhh, arent you a professional cleaner?). I found someone else who was up to the job and happy to do it.

Our first cleaning experience with The Cleaning Authority of Winston-Salem gives high hopes, thanks to Vonda and Karen. The good job they did strengthened our feeling that we had made a gratifying choice in picking The Cleaning Authority to ensure we wake up each morning to a laughing environment for our productive day.

BE WARNED....Would give no stars if possible. The people who clean are constantly rushed to get out of there new people everytime they come and the owner is a complete moron that never returns calls. Be careful trying this amateur company

Unfortunately, the owner came out for the initial review and to give an estimate, but never contacted me to set up a day/time for anyone to come and clean. I even called to follow-up, and someone hung up on me. I guess he didnt want my business.
