I enjoy going to this place. Friendly people. Janet is very helpful, makes you feel comfortable . She listens to your concerns. I have had great service from the hearing aids I purchased here. Just bought a new set. They will be rechargeable. Will be able to get them in a couple days. My first set of behind the ear. Anxious to get them on, hear what I may be missing

I just moved from Texas and was looking for a place to have my hearing aids serviced. Janet was amazing!! I was able to get an appointment within the week, and she spent the time to really make sure she had helped me with everything! (I had not had my hearing aids cleaned in a long time, and they now sound way better!) If you are looking for a place for hearing aid services, I would without a doubt recommend Janet!

My wife always wanted me to go get my hearing tested she was always on my case about it. I never thought I had hearing lost. I believed it was just my family telling me this because I kept the tv louder. I came here and Janet and Jenny were on top of the hearing exam. I found out I had severe hearing loss. once she put the new tech aids on me I couldn’t believe the difference of my Quality of hearing. That was the difference I had been missing. Something so little can make you hear It takes a lot to admit to yourself that you actually do have a problem with hearing loss. I wish I would have followed through with my hearing loss when my wife said something in the beginning since then she’s passed away and I now wonder what difference it would have made to have been able to hear everything that she said to me. Janet Miller is absolutely awesome! She is quite knowledgeable and has always been able to answer any questions I have as well as make recommendations. She will gladly tell you about any or all of the hearing aids you would like to discuss, but she is in no way pushy about trying to get you to purchase. The Hearing Aid Specialist is wonderful! I purchased hearing aids from another provider 2 years ago. Unfortunately when I needed to have them serviced, I learned that they had closed. Staff here at Hearing Aid Specialist welcomed me and serviced my hearing aids as if I had been a patient there all along! Very happy customer.

For me, the reception area makes or breaks a medical office. I can say in all confidence that the greeting I received from Jennifer upon entering the clinic was on of the most reassuring experiences I have had to date. I am a little disappointed with my last visit,i had a yearly hearing test, after that the focus was updating to the latest digital aids,thats ok if you have deep pockets, my aids were not cleaned, checked nor was i asked if they needed adjustments

I have been a customer for several years even when Janet was with Hearing Care Solutions in Winston-Salem. Was delightfully surprised when I went for my appointment and she was there. Since she already knew my history it made the transition so easy. She is always a listener and is truly concerned about my ability to hear better and is very patient with me. I have a very complex situation and I am comfortable with her. I had tried another Specialist and she became so frustrated that she couldnt figure out my situation and I am sure she was ( is ) good at her job. I highly recommend Janet and always a pleasure to talk with the receptionist. She is cool as well.

I took my mother to get hearing check and to see about hearing aids. Everyone was very helpful and professional. My mother has been fighting against this for a long time but after a few minutes with the doctor she felt a bit more comfortable and relaxed and more importantly acceptable to finally getting hearing aids. I am very thankful for how understanding the doctors ability to peel back the layers of my mothers hard exterior to get to the root of her hearing issues.

I started with this place when someone else worked there. At this point, I am highly frustrated and unimpressed. Ive been trying to get my aids properly adjusted for almost 18 months with various people. Getting a lot of runaround, and now they want to charge me for the visits. Ive had aids from another place, and found much better service there, as well as an overall better product. I cant recommend Amplifon or the Rexton aids at this point. Phonak are much better quality for the price. Wish I had stuck with them and the service at the other place! This was an expensive gamble that I lost. Now Im stuck with these until I can afford new ones. In the meantime, Im saying What? a lot and missing out.

My specialist had a very sweet attitude and did a super job on checking and cleaning my hearing aids.
