I’ve been waiting on a quote from the “installation manager “ for weeks the name I was given was Cindy. She hasn’t responded when I spoke to a co worker of here named Jordan two weeks ago. My project will now be handled by another company. They seem disorganized and don’t care about call in quotes. Cindy do you care or do you want to do local shower installs?

Great two way mirror pane at an amazing price. As they often handle bigger orders just make sure to plan accordingly. Def worth the wait though!

I recently ordered some insulated glass from these fine folks. Order was processed promptly and my 3 pieces arrived when expected. They were extremely friendly and helpful when I went to pick my order up. Great experience.

UPDATE 7/2/2020: First word of the reply is UGH!?? Sad that the silicone experience is blamed on another installer... the glass shower door was the last piece of our bathroom renovation to go in besides the light fixture (BTW, electricians dont use silicone on light fixtures). Its worth mentioning that it took 8 MONTHS for Owner to reply to this review. So, initiating any contact would be moot as the home sold 4 months ago.Ordered a frameless glass shower door. Was told it would be ready to install by a certain date; actually installed 3.5 weeks after that deadline passed. Kept having to call and chase down someone to find out an estimated date (which was pushed back twice). Funny, since they didnt seem to have anything to do when we ordered the door since everyone was basically sitting around the shop. Other reviewers are accurate: parking there is limited and sketchy at best. Final product was nice, but some install guy got some silicone on his hand and felt he could wipe it off his finger on the inside of a glass light fixture (which now wont come off). Fair warning: keep important items you dont want ruined away from their installers.

Got a quote from them when we first started our shower, then when they came out they re quoted it saying it had to change. They sent me another quote and it said exactly the same thing. They also said they had to drop sizes down from 84 to 80 because it couldnt be done. I pointed this out to Cindy the sales person and she offered a $75.00 but would not honor the original quote at all. I have since got another company to come out and their price was cheaper and they said it would be no problem to do 84 . I just wouldnt recommend them at all.

Edit #1 - We used them again to make our Custom shower glass enclosure and let me tell you, they were amazing and awesome and our shower looks beautiful. Very prompt, always on time and costs were top notch. The entire staff was super friendly and professional.Original Post - My kids broke one of the windows on my house this past weekend and needed to have it repaired. Having passed this establishment almost daily on my way home - I figured I would try a local business and made a great choice. Prompt, quality service at a fair price (in and out in the same day when other establishments wanted me to wait a week or so).Don’t hesitate to use this business - we will be back to have some windows who have turned foggy.

Had a glass shower enclosure installed and chose Clearlight Glass and Mirror primarily because they handled Diamon-Fusion glass, and the guy that measured for the install actually performed the install. This was of prime importance for me having the same guy measure and install.Yes, everything turned out better than I expected, but think this was due in great part to the experience and skill of the two install guys. They work as a team, know what theyre doing, and took pride in their work. I dont run into this very often so yes, somewhat surprised. Bottom line, they did a quality job, didnt cut corners or take short cuts, and explained several suggestions for making glass maintenance easier and last longer.
