Shipped 2 chairs. Goin Postal assured me they would stay on top of the delivery. Once it left their hands there had been no follow up. This is why I chose to ship with Gloria and support her local business. Of course the shipment is insured, but that is not the point. No support and its been a month. Pursuing resolution on my own. Sad. Very sad.

Needed to get fingerprints for my job (secret clearance through government) and this place was quick and efficient!! Got the fingerprints done and they handled the electronic communications with my company.

Arrived five minutes until they opened the other day. No one had showed up to open the store for up to 8 minutes after they are supposed to open. I went somewhere else.

I dropped off a package for FedEx Monday its still not tracking on Friday. So I go by on Friday to see what is the deal and its closed at 1230 with a sorry for the inconvenience sign saying they will be opening at 3. Guess what? At 330 still nobody here. Not looking like a good place to ship from.

Have a 1:10 appointment. Sign on door says back at 1. Its 1:20. Nobody here.

I went to drop off a FedEx package here and the woman working the counter was chatting with a friend and told me to leave the package on the counter. I told her I needed a receipt but she would not scan the package and kept going back to talking with her friend. Even after two or three times asking her to scan the package so I could get a receipt, she refused and continued to tell me to leave it on the counter.

She was awesome and she scheduled me same day for services!!! It was quick and fast Thanks 😊

The staff is so friendly every time I come! I use them for almost all of my shipping services. They’re quick and easy and the prices are really great compared to competitors. The location is also really convenient for me.

I had an appointment for the fingerprint service provided at this location. There posted opening hours are 930am. I had an appointment for 940am. The proprietor did not arrive until after 10am. If you are running a business, you should keep appointments and promises when made.

The lady was super nice. She let me use the drop-off and priority envelope with no hassle. For those who dont know, any small package service stores (UPS store, Kinkos, any private franchise ) are in no way run or managed by the company they ship through. They can charge any price they want. ( There is a certain UPS store in HP that I know at one time charged 120% increase on ground freight boxes. Its not robbery, its just good business. If you want published rates, make a FedEx account for yourself.

Usually, I go to the goin’ postal because of their excellent customer service and positive attitudes. However, this is not the case for this location.

Went to Goin Postal in Kernersville on Tuesday, 7/30. You guys have summer hours posted opening at 11:00 am. Since it was 10:45 I decided to wait 15 minutes til you open. Big Mistake!!! Myself and a couple of other dissatisfied customers finally left at 11:30 am with no sign of anyone coming in to open this location. I see that you guys are moving across the street. Perhaps closing this location might be a better idea if you are not going to operate under your listed hours.

I have used Goin’ Postal a couple of times. Excellent customer service and staff. Gloria is great! I saved a lot compared to other places.

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They went out of their way to help me save money. I will definitely return to mail packages!

This place is a joke. Walked right in and said that’s my package. No question or ID asked for. Didn’t even have to sign for package. Did ask for $2.50 handling fee. NOPE, not paying that. FedEX needs to really look at this place. Never again will I have anything sent here.

I ship a lot of stuff. A lot! Always easy to pop in and out and with friendly service!EDIT: I may be changing my shipping location. Like Dana P. posted today (and others in the past) there is an issue with the reliability of operating hours. Says 11-5 M-F, went today (8/10/21) around 11:30 and a sign said be back at 1. So I went to eat lunch and came back at 1. I stood around for a good 20+ minutes and no one showed up. Several other patrons were in line. I had to go to Walgreens and when I got there someone else was there before me who said they had to go there b/c GP wasnt open.

Nice people but whatever you do dont let them pack your shipment. Total waste of my time and money. I had some larger items and I didnt have any materials. Assured me they could do it. Ended up as an incredibly sloppy job with obvious no concern for the items in the package. I had to go to a competitor for them to fix. Had to start from scratch. Will never return.

I suggested an edit on google to change your saturday hours from 9:30am until 2pm to 10am to 2 pm since you made a comment stating such . I had an attempted delivery of a package on Saturday 5/5/18 at 9:48am. Hope it gets delivered on Monday. Thank You

BewareI recently sent a FedEx package via Goin Postal. The FedEx rate quoted online was $34.50 at the store they charged me $57.00. When I asked the clerk at the Goin Postal store why the rate was so different they advised they had a $6.00 surcharge but that was all. Where did the other $16.50 come from - no explanation. I called FedEx and they advised the store can charge what they want but the correct rate for FedEx was $34.50.

If you have posted hours on your door please follow them. Arrived at 11:15 on a Saturday and your closed... not even a “be right back” note.. this is not the first time your store had been closed during your posted business hours.Also I have used this place several times and every time you ask me if I want a receipt. Yes, I need a receipts to verify i actually shipped the item. I don’t care that the tracking system will update once you do ship it. I need proof I delivered it it your store for my customers.

Sign says it opens 9:30, I waited till 9:40 and it still closed...
