I’ve been working for Employment Transitions for about a month now and I am extremely pleased with my experience so far. The owner, Leigh, goes above and beyond to help find employment best fit and goes out of her way to keep the line of communication open for all questions and concerns. She works very hard to make sure work is found and seems to do whatever she can to make finding a job possible for each one of her workers. All employees are helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a company and think they deserve more than 5 stars!

As owner of RJW Services, LLC ( a construction company ) we have called upon Employment Transitions to supply us with temporary manpower on various jobs. In every case they have responded promptly in providing what we needed. The individuals sent to help us were professional and on time. The fee we paid was fair for the type person(s) we needed and the follow up to insure we were satisfied was excellent.We extremely pleased with Employment Transitions and recommend their services to anyone who needs temporary staffing.

This is a temporary Agency. I had the pleasure of meeting Leigh Hardin who interviewed me for a temp to hire position for Lingl LIS. Leigh was extremely thorough in explaining the position and what would be expected as well as prepared me for the interview. She was not only professional but was personable and very encouraging. I can not say enough good things about this agency and would highly recommend seeking them out for any employment needs.

By far one of the best temp services I have worked for in years,I went to work did my job and got paid really well,later getting hired for the company, and checks were hand delivered to my job site, Leigh will go above and beyond to help you if you do your part ! Thanks to the staff as well!!

I went for my first interview back in March so that they could get me in their system for open jobs, I have had one phone call for a potential job but never got any call back and I have made several attempts at jobs listed through them with no luck. I have talked to three different people from this office and not once have they followed through on helping me with any jobs..I will never go through this agency again!

The president of this agency is completely unprofessional and unorganized. I went in to apply to one thing, and she sent me to a last-minute interview to a completely different job and the people interviewing me werent even expecting me and talked badly about her. Should have been a red flag right there. I got that job, but before starting, I found a better job more suited to my skills so I politely explained the circumstances to her. The president had the audacity to send me immature, unprofessional emails, including threatening me with It’s a small world. Youre right, it is a small world. Avoid them.

I hate to post this, however the companys lack of response and resolution makes me concerned for the welfare of others. Please be aware that I personally have had multiple issues getting paid for time worked and now the company has gone silent. If you depend on a paycheck, I would recommend using an alternative company for your personal protection. Again, I dont enjoy putting this out here but I dont want innocent people to be victimized.

What a terrible company! The owner Leigh Hardin is the finest example rude & unprofessional. Buyer beware, stay away!They dont pay their workers! They dont return call, and if they do you would have wished they didnt! They dont do what they say they will do!

I wish I could give them no stars! I caught the same unprofessional and disorganised crap. They wouldnt even print a 1 page resume after their company rescheduling my interview 3 times in 2 days. Lauren obviously has no clue about the office workers schedule and doesnt even work on location. To all employers and all job seekers, if the very low rating doesnt tell you enough, then go on into the office and you will really take offense! Useless and very amateur company!! Anyone will get better results sitting at home doing nothing than wasting any time with this company!!!

The company lack professional staff and need to learn how to talk to their workers. Dont have to worry bout working for them ever again didnt recieve pay for some hours worked. Beware of this agency!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I went in about 3 weeks ago to apply and I called a week after applying to check on my application, which I was supposedly put on the waiting list to get a call about a job. I never got called, I called religiously once a week to check and nothing, every time I called I talked to a lady named Marshika (sp?) but this last time I called I spoke to a lady named Lauren which caught an attitude with me saying the only reason theyd have to call me is IF they found something for me, which is fine I get it, but her tone of voice was really snobby. She then told me shed never spoke to me before so she had no idea how I called the office because she works from home & ALL calls go through her before being sent to the office. Which somehow isnt true for me, I have no reason to lie. Lauren then put me on hold to ask the office about me which she then proceeded to tell me no one had ever heard of me calling. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and when asked Ill be sure to tell them about how unprofessional they are.

I really dont like this temp agency and i dont think ill be back. I worked for other temps and never had any issues. But with this temp they will lie and cut your hours as if you dont have all your check stubs with you. First of all when i did call to see how many hours i put in, it took them almost 2 weeks to tell me a bs lie. I added up my check stubs and counted way over the hours they told me and the sad part about it is, i didnt even have all my check stubs. I had most of them. Its like they dont want you to get a promotion or better opportunity because they to busy worrying about keeping money in their own pockets. I cant work for no temp like this. The other temps i worked for will make sure you get hired and direct you to better opportunities. This temp gone cut your hours just so they can get paid or if the job wants to hire you permanent, this temp will try and send you to another 8$ an hour job.... Thats so sad!! Atleast the other temps sent me to 9$an hour or better.. I cant with this temp. Can barely afford to pay my bills. And yes they can be very rude at times thats another reason i cant with this temp. Anybody who applies for them, good luck!! This temp agency isnt worth it at all....

Have yet to hear back from them. Not helpful in any way of finding employment. They seem a bit bothered as well. Shame on them

Terrible terrible place. They will hold up your money. Theres some illegal stuff going down here..
