The staff are very knowledgeable. At a time when I couldnt even think beyond my loss, the staff was there to guide my family through the process. There kindness and care was evident from beginning to end. The service was a true reflection of our loved one. The aftercare was extraordinary. I received so much helpful information about tasks that I needed to complete. I am forever grateful.

The funeral was much more than I expected due to Joshua’s coordination with the church and cemetery.We had arranged for a prepaid funeral and I was so glad we did. My father and I sat down to speak to Danny & Patrick 8 hours after my sweet grandmother passed away. We were nervous, unprepared, and grieving. My father and I are truly thankful for the entire staff that was there to help us in a time of hardship.

Worst funeral home ever. If you are not of Caucasian decent, go somewhere else.During our time of grief they gave no understanding, but were rude, harsh, un-understanding, and gave no care to us. We asked to see packages, but were told we did not need to see them, and they would not tell us anything more. They tried to get our family members body without our consent. Stay away from them. If you value your family member, stay away.

My mother passed after a brief battle with cancer, so we were emotionally prepared for the event. It was also prepaid, so it should have been hassle free. It wasnt. They went out of their way to do as little as possible, changed our consultant on the day of the funeral, and the consultant INTERRUPTED THE SERVICE TO TRY TO END IT AFTER LITERALLY 5 MINUTES OF THE SERVICE. I would highly recommend avoiding them at all possible cost. Unprofessional is a mild understatement.

As an only child of 39 years who has had the unfortunate responsibility of burying both of his parents before they ever reached their 70s I never thought I would find solitude and comfort at the the thought of having to deal with all that is involved with the funeral process. I can not BEGIN to tell you how wonderful it felt to actually sit back and enjoy time with family, friends and fond memories having to worry about absolutely nothing. Danny, Patrick, and the entire staff demonstrated nothing short of genuine, heartfelt respect and love for me and my family. I thank you all at Pierce -Jefferson for all you have done for me and my family over the years. Your respect for those who have passed and the service you provide for their loved ones does not go unnoticed.

My father passed last week and the funeral home staff at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services were top notch. Our family had a lot of questions and needs for his service and they were very patient with us throughout the whole process. Leigh, especially, was great to work with. Had to bring my dad from south Carolina, for burial in Walkertown, this was the best priced for the best service its top notch, Katie man oh man she is the most caring woman I have ever met she mad sure it was done right. From the time I called her from south Carolina till we said good bye after service, SHE IS AWESOME

Most of my family have had their memorials or visitations with Pierce Funeral Home, now Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service, for as long as I can remember. It was my Mother’s request to use them as did her Mother. They did an outstanding job, they were very courteous and kind and efficient with every aspect from the minute I called them to report Mom’s passing thru the cremation and Memorial service and beyond. It would be great to never need a funeral service, but if you do, I recommend Pierce-Jefferson.
