We have had several IT issues at our Church office and I am so thankful that we now have better wifi and connection. Whenever I needed help with my computer, I got fast, thoughtful help and am so appreciative of the patience that was shown me! I highly recommend this company!!

Had a really unique issue that occurred yesterday and was sure it was gonna be something that boutique good bit of time to resolve. Contacted Creative IT/Jason, gave him the details, ang got it completely resolved early today. Without getting in the weeds with all the. Without getting in the weeds with all the details, i’ll just say that Jason was able to cull through a lot of minutia to troubleshoot and fix the problem.

ALWAYS prompt and helpful. And with the little knowledge as I have of how to make this computer work they never make me feel stupid :)
