Saturday morning 10:11am Im told they might be open in an hour, or may by12 they dont know. Im told this by someone behind the counter

The Kernersville NC branch in Walmart is terrible. Nasty staff members there and they have kids at times sitting without a mask at a desk guessing its one of the staffs kid but wont let you sit down to talk to them. They are terrible at taking care of a issue and treat customers as if they are bothering them. They have even had someone from another branch sitting talking to them with no mask on. I have also seen that the color of your skin makes a difference on how you are treated. They need to replace to whole staff!

Great place to bank but they are horrible when it comes to answering the phone I’ve literally called 7 times back to back and no one answers it’s 245pm on a Thursday smdh

Its like a piggy bank. And now, their banking updates are lagging so its not showing the actual amounts. Ive overdrawn twice now in a year. You can keep your money there but there are no extras. I own a condo and applied for a home improvement loan and got denied which is a joke because if Ive got good enough credit to own a home, a loan shouldnt be an issue. An employee there told me that they couldnt get a loan. They suggested I open an account with Truliant federal credit union. I did.

This is my favorite bank, I love all the people who work here. 5 stars.

Was having a issue with my debit card having a glitch. so the female manager said and also recieved nothing but attitude from her while I wasnt being irate nor having an attitude back while during lunch went here after work to take the rest of my money out so I could pay for my lunch tomorrow and she still had an attitude im calling corporate and reporting this issue

Always helpful and friendly staff.
