The associates at the kernersville enterprise are awesome. Every time I’ve rented a car, mini van or 15 passengers van they have done over and beyond to help me very fast service. I strongly recommend Mike and his crew. Can’t beat the prices

Purchasing the rental was a breeze. However, the after effect wasn’t. So I was working in a few cities over on an assignment the reason I got a rental. However, I was told last minute I needed to fly to another location for work (fort pierce) and I did not have time to return the rental and didn’t want to pay Parking at the airport. (COVID respiratory therapist) So I had a 90 dollar balance that couldn’t be drafted at the time and the young man harassed me to pay and return the car. No problem I told them I could when I get back it’s in my parking lot. They ask could they come pick it up I explained to them the keys are in my home and I can have my best friend go to my house and put the key in the car. So I tried to use them again they told me they had no cars so I drove to another city to be told I was on the do not rent list for having an authorized driver. No one drove that car but me and I really think it was unfair that I was lied to about not having any cars and falsifying information in regards to me not being able to rent from this company.

Recently rented a car from the Kernersville location. Worked with Mike and experience was awesome! Great selection of cars, very clean, convenient and competitive pricing! Thanks Mike, well be back when its time for our next road trip!

Steve Johnson is the worst at customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. That man was rude and yelling at customers. When I said I was going to make a complaint he said Thats fine. Wow

I have not had a good experience with this location. The ad on the phone says they will come pick you up however that was not ever offered and I had no car. My 83 year old mother had to take me there. Then they tried to tell me I owed for more days then I did when I renewed after I was told I renewed on Friday. I did get an SUV discounted because no compacts were available. I asked them to put a hold on my credit card rather Than hit my debit again. Imagine my surprise when the cc had $182 hold and they authorized my debit card $182 as well. Not open on weekends had to wait till Monday to get the credit card Auth off. Manager apologized and was kind however this whole ordeal is getting out of hand.

Car was in great condition but difficult to get ahold of. Got this text from them the day before pick up and they never texted back and the phone number was not valid. We were scheduled to return Sunday and they did not explain no one is there Saturday so what to do, we figured it out but a frustrating way to end a long trip

Not the best experience at the Enterprise in Kernersville NC. Got a call as I was leaving the house to pick up the vehicle that they did not have the vehicle that I had requested. After what I felt like was very little effort to track down a vehicle from another branch I was told that a minivan was all they had. When I arrived to pick up the minivan it had not been cleaned. There were not any offers to discount anything other than waiving the fuel return. But the van was given to me with around a quarter tank of gas so that really did nothing. Will not use the Enterprise in Kernersville again.

Always a pleasant experience! We have rented vehicles several times with no issues. The most recent was following a car accident that resulted in the total loss of my car. Enterprise got me quickly into a rental and handled all the billing with the other drivers (who hit me) insurance. Recommend highly.

Staff was friendly but car was dirty. I understand the outside being dirty because apparently their pipes were frozen, but the inside REEKED of weed. I would have taken the car back on Saturday if I had finished before they closed.

Agents were polite and friendly. The vehicle was on site and ready to go. Returning it was also easy.

My father rented me a FWD car days before my birthday so my family and kids could make it up to Boone in the snowy weather for our cabin trip. The confirmation was also sent to us by email that they would for sure have the vehicle. The day we were supposed to pick up that vehicle they advised to us it was not available and that there were no AWD/4WD on the lot at all. After speaking with the so called manager at the Kernersville location he eventually hung up and attempted calling the customer service line. We explained to them the situation and they advised they were escalating a ticket for us and would call back shortly with a solution. I made a few more calls but each rep basically told me the same thing and attempted to put me through to the actual lot in Kernersville (which looped back to customer service again). So I just drove down to the lot to see if they might have had something on hand. Once I arrived and asked the 2 gentleman there if they had anything for me and that I had to leave within the hour or I would not make it up the mountain in time, they advised they were refusing me service because my father was upset at them for not having my ALREADY RESERVED car when I was supposed to pick it up and also not offering any type of solution. The 2 gentleman there basically kicked me out of the location telling me to #$#@ off and to #@$@#$ my birthday (This was 1pm January 8th) and called other locations telling them not to give me a car. I almost had to cancel my trip but was able to finally find something 3 hours too late, but I would never recommend this location to anyone and would 100% look into the 2 gentleman working there and the way they handled this situation, they should both be fired and the manager there should be reprimanded for even telling the service agent to ban me for something I didnt even have part of. This was their screw up, they argued with us, did not offer to fix the situation and after getting into a verbal battle with me on my birthday, almost ruined my family vacation.

THE WORSE !!!! DONT DEAL WITH THIS KERNSVILLE LOCATION. We attempted to rent a vehicle. Told they had no rentals available. We counted OVER 14 vehicles (shinny, clean, ready to go). But we were told nothing available already rented and pick up THAT DAY. That WAS A LIE. We drove back there next 3 days, none of the vehicles had moved. They were ALL STILL PARKED. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES.!!! GOT EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM BOTH HERTZ AND DOLLAR.

My overall experience was great until I returned the vehicle the “Manager” took it upon herself to add my payment to the credit card without giving me the option on how I wanted to pay for the vehicle, I had a $500+ bill that I definitely did not want on my credit card however she told me the card I use is typically what they take the payment from which I know is a lie because I have been renting from Enterprise before she was born and upon returning the vehicle I have been asked by each and every representative “how Would you like to make this payment?” Very unprofessional on her end. Furthermore, I verified with the representative that did my initial transaction if I would be able to pay with other options upon returning the vehicle, He Had already told me yes. It bothered me because I actually told her I do not want the final bill on my credit card and she lied to me by telling me that once she done it it’s final there was no way to redo the transaction. Well I arrived 2 hours late for my car. They still got me a car and took me back to my warehouse. I returned the car and they took me back to my warehouse. I couldnt be more pleased. They were fast and friendly!

I will never rent from Enterprise. I reserved a mini van three days ahead of time spoke to two different reps about reserving this car. Go to pick up my car the day of the event I was going to and they say “you can’t rent an SUV or mini van wothout major credit card. All I have is a debit card secured by the bank of WellsFargo. So I was unable to rent the car. They did not try to make it right NOTHING! Just kept repeating I needed a credit card. It would have been nice if the both of the reps would have said this to me on the phone prior. After I contacted kernersville store about my problem she then says”well ma’am we don’t have any mini vans or SUVs to rent”. WTH then why was I told I was renting a mini van today!!!! Poor poor customer service and they do not care. Riduculuos! The worst experience I have ever had anywhere.

I am impressed with the COVID precautions implemented by Enterprise, checking into the rental was quick and easy. It all took place outside of the rental office and I was off in my rental within a few minutes.

I have been using enterprise for years, & this is my first negative experience. I’m hoping it’s just the location. Desire was the associate that “helped” me today. My car was having issues on the way to an event for work. So I reserved a rental car (as I always do) online. At no point did it mention to me that I must have a major credit card in my name in order to place the order. I’ve ALWAYS been able to place the rental car on my business account. Being that I was from the neighboring state of South Carolina, apparently that is a company policy to put it on a credit card which of course I didn’t think to bring with me (for this business trip). I suggested that she let me use Apple Pay, and apparently enterprise Kernersville is not with the times. Guys it’s almost 2020, let’s update. I begged and asked if there was anything else she could do and ever so smug informed me she couldn’t, shoved me out the door and referred a competitor down the road. Seriously guys no other alternative? For a company that prides themselves on customer service, I must say this loyal customer is highly dissatisfied.

They had no vehicles after I made my registration and I got the run around to 3 other locations they didnt disclose all information you need to know up front with fees

Just left the car is dirty only a quarter of tank of gas and 0% left life of the oil. So I guess tomorrow were just going to have to take it right back. You would have got a one-star if I had to pay for it, thank God for insurance. Thats the only reason you got the second star. But then with grapes me the most is Im already in Greensboro cant turn around and go right back and they dont even answer their phone*****update..... the manager got in contact with me and did everything possible to ensure we were happy he was going to switch out the car and everything like that. The follow-up customer service from the manager was amazing so Im taking it from two stars to four stars. Seeing how they want to keep their customers extremely happy theres a good chance they will have my business in the future. Thank u for your amazing follow up work. Most companies will comment saying they want to make things right and you cant even get in touch with them and they never actually contact you. You guys did and went over and Beyond what I expected after my initial experience!!!

Preston Tate has absolutely amazing customer service skills. He was able to match the insurance deposit and rate before insurance ever picked up. Each member of the staff I spoke with was courteous and genuinely sought to make sure I was informed of changes as they happened and that I had a great experience. The car I was provided with was clean and mechanically sound. I definitely recommend Preston and the Kernersville team to anyone in need of a rental.

Very nice staff. Car was clean & everything worked just fine. Car drove like new. I didnt know of a extra deposit I had to pay & didnt have it all on my card when I got there, the lady was nice enough to let me drive off & just call when I got to the bank. My deposit was back on my card the next day after I turned the car in. I would definitely rent from this location again!

The 2 stars represents the price. I needed a vehicle for 25 min/20 miles twice and was refused the weekend rate of $30 as not available. Cost me $130 for the two rentals. Both Enterprise offices were exceptional in customer service and timeliness, they deserve 5 stars. Wrote Corporate asking for a better rate, my email was ignored. Have never received a response. I have been an Enterprise customer since 1999. Not happy.

They are very wonderful and helpful people. We needed a bigger car for my sons moving day to college. They gave me a great truck with a great price. The service was amazing. Very friendly people.

Have rented cars at local office several times a year for about 10 years. Cars have always been spotlessly clean & of the right size for my trips. I rented once at the airport from a different company & they tried to make me accept a dinky little cube type car with a nonexistent trunk. Never had that problem with Enterprise . My husband & I will always stick with Enterprise in the future. Husband loved the high mpg with our recent rental, too.

We really needed a truck and this location has them in stock, as not every enterprise does. I enjoy the faster check out process. The people are extremely friendly. My only gripe is that they raised the deposit to $200. This will significantly hamper me renting cars because 200 on top of the rental is more than I can afford on most weeks. But, they made the decision to raise it, therefore I made the decision to scale back the frequency of which I rent their cars.

Everyone Ive dealt with at this Enterprise location has been first class. But they get very busy first thing in the morning and at the end of the day. So if you cant choose off times, expect to wait, and dont count on them answering the phone.

Arrived in am to pick up car. Car not available yet as it was on way from another area. Had to wait. At least 4 people working at this location, but only the young woman was getting anything done. She was working on a issue outside with another customer and the phone rang the Entire time while she was outside and 2 of the male workers in another office continued to watch a video on on of thier phones. I stood at the counter,made eye contact with one of them multiple times and they never moved a muscle to help me. The young woman working here deserves a lot of credit and she was running the whole place by herself and her attitude was nothing but friendly. Fairly easy checkout and return. Cant say I would rent from this location again....

My last rental was for a 1200 mile trip alone. Right around the 300 mile mark the service required light came on. It was a holiday weekend so I could not stop another Enterprise for help. I tried calling several different phone numbers listed to no avail. When I travel I always use Enterprise...for peace of mind and a worrisome trip. Unfortunately I had stress the whole ride to and from, hoping that I didnt break down some where along the way. Happy to say, that didnt happen...however, I was not pleased to have to travel with such concern. I would have taken my own car if I wanted to worry about making it 1200 miles. When I returned the car and explained, the sales rep was not interested in what I had to say at all and just responded with its just a regular maintenance light Enterprise could have warned me that it might come on since they knew I was traveling a distance or reset the light so it didnt happen at all. A very disappointing and stressful experience and I have since found another company to rent.

This is the 3rd time I have received a rental from Kernersville location.vehicle(s)- Every time their vehicles are not thoroughly cleaned. I have found food, food wrappers, and mud like someone has been driving the car for a while. Always dirty.Customer Service- I called the office to extend a car rental via insurance. The young lady was rude, unprofessional, and resisted to assist me in the process which is her job. I contacted another location. He was able to complete the process. Unfortunately, I did not have a choice of rental location as this was through my insurance company. I tried to convince my agent for me to rent at any other location but Kernersville.

While the staff was very friendly when I asked about how long it would take for my deposit to be refunded to my account I was told 1-2 business days. However when I called on the second business day to speak to customer service I was told 3-5 business days for it to be refunded.

Ive used Enterprise for over 15 years, and have used the Kernersville/NC 66 location for the past year. Ive always found the representatives there to be very helpful and their customer service to be first rate. Enterprise is my go-to car rental company, and this location is always my first stop!

A few weeks ago, I was involved in a MVA, which, unfortunately, my van was at a total loss and therefore, I was without a vehicle. The other driver was at fault, and, thankfully, their insurance provided my with a rental car from Enterprise, in Kernersville. Right from the start, every single interaction was a positive one! I had been assigned with Tony Lucas, and he went above & beyond...every single time! Since the insurance company called ahead, Mr. Lucas had everything in order, called to confirm, offered to pick me up (which I didnt need a ride, but all part of the helpful service) and went over everything. Whether I had 1 or 10 questions, Tony was patient, professional, efficient and has a wonderful infectious manner! I would highly recommend this location for any of your vehicle rental needs....ask for Tonly!!!!! :)

12 miles away, PTI Airport. The same vehicle I rented from Kernersville location is 15% cheaper at pti.Long story short, my Land Rover power steering went out; across the street was Enterprise. The verbal quote was $55 per day. After showing my AAA card, I was inform of a 5% discount. After signing the paperwork I left with only 1/8 tank of gas, 10 minutes later when I had to pull over to fill the tank. I thought I better look again at the receipt. They charged me $65 per day with no discount. Ive never been so disappointed with a rental car program until now. What kind of company rents a car with only 1/8 tank of gas?

The Kernersville location really cares about their customer and explains what is needed to ensure the process is quick and efficient. I cannot say the same thing about the HighPoint location. I left High Point location after the lady was rude and called Kernersville, they told me what I needed and within a very short time I was on the road. Always excellent customer service in Kernersville.

Rented a suv which wasnt washed before I rented it, was picked up in it after driver had dropped off another renter, charged me for a detailing when suv wasnt clean when I rented, I cleaned windows and mirrors as well as wiped it down when got it, so I feel the fee for the detail was totally unfair, $50 I feel was fair enough, but $100 is rediculous,since it wasnt washed before I rented it, and left more gas in it than when I rented it, so I rate them...

Reserved car read policy on using debit card brought everything i needed and they wouldn’t do anything without a credit card
