I have been contacted by this branch in regards to my complaint. It was brought to my attention that they are not the office that handles my BBB account. They were very professional and courteous and provided me with the information needed to properly file my complaint. I appreciate it.(I wonder if the Better Business Bureau would have a good BBB rating? My guess would be probably not. Maybe they should spend a little more time practicing what they preach rather then trying to bully small businesses into giving them money for accreditation. I didnt know that racketeering was an accredited business practice. If you are interested in discontinuing your slander against myself and my organization, I do recommend you get in touch with me promptly. Otherwise, legal recourse will be my next option.)

DRIVER WAS VERY POLITE AND A HARD WORKER. THE NEXT DAY HE WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 2:00PM RETURN. HE ARRIVED AT 5:15PM. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE RESULTS. THE SIDES OF THE SHOWER LOOK GOOD BUT THE TUBE IS NO BETTER THAN BEFORE. I WAS EXPECTING MUCH BETTER RESULTS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Letter submitted to BBB o. 7/6/16:Description of Complaint:After taking the 2002 Camry in for brake repair and road noise., the mechanic said part of the rotor broke off so he needed to order a new one. Second trip: brakes fixed and vehicles driven home. Noticed rid noise still present and now alignment was off, car pulling to left. Third trip: told lug nuts were bad and tires were choppy. Also they printed out an alignment report which showed alignment was good. But explained to me they do t know why it still pulled to the left.they ordered 4 new tires and lug nuts. 4th trip: arrived for 10:09 an appointment and at 11:39 was told to come back at5pm because they ordered the wrong lug nuts. I was informed that they couldnt put all the old lug nuts on because they were rusty but they balanced it out so it was safe to drive. I left and went shopping. Fifth trip: went back and at 5:24 n was told I wasall set note; no alignment report was produced at this point u drive home the 9 miles and noticed the left back tire was low. Shop was already closed so I called at 7:30 am. They sent a young man out to pick up the tire and wheel and left the car on their jack. I received a phone call declaring that ran over something, tire and sliced the tire beyond repair and broke the tire Rod. The manager called and u formed me that no new tire or repair would be forthcoming. I told him I would be over there to protest and he told me he would have me arrested.Desired Settlement:Contact by the BusinessDesired Outcome Description:I want the car restored to at least the condition I brought it in the first time before the 2800.00 expense.

Just want it to be known....there is a painter in high point that has been mixing LEAD in the paint he uses for customers houses! Painter is unknown but shops at Home Depot to buy his paint. If you hire a painter....be sure to test the paint before it is used in your home or place of business!!

We hired Beyond the Leaf tree & Stump Removal to remove 3 trees out of our front lawn. We were very impressed & wanted to share it with the BBB to help others looking to hire a great tree service in the Triad that does what they say there going to do. They even offer a 100% satisfaction Guarantee & best of all you dnt pay a dime till the job is complete. Well defeninitly be having them back to do some of our rental properties. the job was so clean you would have never known that there were trees that had been removed. they lay down tarps to catch the saw dust and rack the lawn and follow behind that with back pack blowers. This crew has tree removal down to a science !!!

Anyone can write a complaint on a business, and even if the complaint is a documented false statement, the BBB does not care. The commitment to excellence in helping consumers discern about a business is missing. Truth does not matter. The standard for customer service is also very low--employees at the BBB in Winston-Salem are allowed and encouraged to hang up on callers at will. (JD) You may bring your concern to the director, but he will not address it. I will get back to you is not meant literally. They will say that they are unbiased, but the punitive action is a false report that stays on file for the business for 3 years-no negotiation and no recourse to remedy the erroneous complaint is available. Severe punishment issued by an unfair judge without a trial or defense heard by business owners.

I have been with Spectrum for a few months now. I was with Time Warner before the merge and I have had the worst problem with the consistency of my bill. It went from $89.00 now to $498.00. I need my internet but due to the present situation i am in now i can no longer afford to have Spectrum. The representative dont want to work with any type of payment arrangements at all. I feel it is unfair how I am being treated right now as a customer and Ive been with the company for a while.

DO NOT bother with the BBB. If youre having difficulty with a large company as Suntrust Bank, the BBB will not intervene since theyre paid off by large companies. I had absolutely no success here but when I filed my complaint with the FDIC, they took action. Im simply sadden BBB no longer works for the average person. Companies like Suntrust will purchase a yearly BBB membership and with this, the BBB will not go against them....SAD!!!!

Filed a complaint on a local company. Still havent received a confirmation from BBB that they even have the complaint.Tried calling but all I get is the automated voicemail.Update. BBB called me to confirm receipt of my complaint shortly after my initial post. Quick response, thank you.
