I am very pleased with the quality of work and the timely manner used in the drying out process for my water damage. The men were very thoughtful and courteous.Victor was helpful and used utmost patience as he lead me through the repair/replacement steps. He constantly kept me informed. If there was an impending delay, he never failed to let me know. That insured my peace of mind, for which I am most grateful! Thank you for a super job!!!

Emmanuel Cabrera performed his responsibilities in my home in an excellent, professional manner. He brought competent, responsible workers in my home to make the needed repairs. The workers did their jobs very well and were always dependable and respectful. I highly recommend Mr. Cabrera and the teams of workers he used in repairing the needs due to damage from the flooding that had occurred in my home.

I had a fairly significant water loss and from start to finish ERX was fantastic to work with. From day 1 when there mitigation team came out to assess the damages, set up drying equipment, and contacting my adjuster to keep him to up to date as to what they were doing, to the estimator who was prompt, courteous, and on-time to write up a repair estimate and explain to me the process moving forward. Once my estimate was approved, I heard from a Project Manager very quickly who set up a meeting with me and helped me select my materials. From there, the entire crew that worked on my home were incredibly friendly, always on-time and did top-notch work. I could not be more satisfied with how everything turned out and how they made a stressful situation a whole lot less stressful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and would not hesitate to use them again.

ERX was recommended by Entrust Services, DBA Roto Rooter. After RR removed the bathroom flooring due to water damage, ERX replaced the subflooring, along with baseboard trim, installed a new vanity/sink, installed the commode, and provided painting where needed in the bathroom. Am satisified with the work provided, Dave and Wesley did an great job, and worked tirelessly to restore our bathroom.

After a flood in my house I decided I wanted to upgrade during repairs. I am thrilled at how friendly and knowledgeable the were and the beautiful job they did. Marc Easter brought every talent together and it is fantastic. Definitely recommend them.

This company worked tirelessly until the job was complete and perfect. They did not settle for cutting corners or making substitutions. They strove for excellence. Kim was our gal Friday. She stayed in contact throughout the entire process and as Project Manager really became more like family.

What a terrible company. We ended up redoing most of the work they did at our home. When they sent people to repair sloppy work it was only minimally improved to the point that we just did it ourselves. They cut corners hoping they can get away with it. When they don’t they do the minimum required to fix it. However, when it comes to money, they come quick. I asked for an itemized statement before paying the balance to be sure we were paying for what we got, instead they sent a threatening letter demanding payment. DO NOT use this company. You will end up having to redo the work yourself. Completely horrible experience. They are a chop shop ready to take your money and run. They should be out of business.

Very incompetant. ERX is a complete mess. Seriously, stay away. They were hired to do repairs to our downstairs after a plumbing leak. They didnt do things we were paying them for and the things they did were done recklessly wrong. We paid to have the floor leveled and they didnt do it anywhere near completion before they laid the planks down, so were left with crooked floors. They didnt lay the planks all the way to the wall in areas. We paid for drywall to he hung and they did it without rebuilding the wall frame (they essentially just sat the drywall on the ground). They painted our baseboards a yellow oil based paint when they it was supposed to be a gloss free pure white. They cant even place a floor threshold correctly and I had to have someone repair it. We have a 7 foot crack upstairs from when they hammered out the bathroom wall (which we didnt know they were going to do and which left us another month set back. They mud and paint walls the same day leaving large bubbles when it drys. They spend too much time smooth talking and not enough time supervising their work. We had to fire them. Then they tried to have us sign a form saying we were satisfied with their complete work for a warranty. Yea, I am never signing that. Never welcome back, period.

Today the work on my bathroom was finalized! After suffering a plumbing emergency my bathroom floor, sink-cabinet and toilet had to be replaced. Let’s just call it a remodel. With all that chaos theses guys made the situation extremely bearable. I communicate and dealt with Shayne Lory throughout the project and he was awesome!! He repeatedly kept me updated on the work progress and any items that I picked out if they needed to be ordered he made sure I was able to receive just what I wanted. He was extremely helpful and very nice. On most jobs professionalism is required but being CORDIAL is not but he was all of those and more! I appreciate his overall work ethic and kindness . I definitely recommend these guys... I will being using them in the future for more remodeling.

I was pleased with the professionalism and quality work from ERX of Kernersville. Ernest and Delmar were great to work with and thoroughly explained the process; I was encouraged to ask questions and to contact them if I needed clarity on the work to be performed. I would feel comfortable using ERX for any home needs in the future.

The process from start to finish with ERX has been a complete nightmare, and I really do wish that this was just an exageration. I do not wish them on my worst enemy. From leaving my house unlocked with the door wide open, to STEALING my shop vac, sloppy unfinished work, poor communication, uninformed office staff, there was no shortage of unprofessionalism and poor business practices. When I called the office they knew nothing, would refer me back to the project manager  Anthony who would tell me what I wanted to hear and follow up on nothing.I was told for new floors in kitchen, bathroom, and hallway 4-6 weeks.. 2 months later I finally pleaded with them into finishing the sloopy, poor work, so I could leave the hotel I was in for 2 months.Heres the list:I have not been able to use my bathroom sink in 2 weeks, have been using my kitchen sink. They left my house with no heat or electricity,  which I had to pay for and am still trying to be reimbursed. The new floors they just installed were all scartched up when they moved in the furniture back into my house. In the beginning they left trash all over the property and on several ocassions the doors unlocked and left wide open! I could not belive it when I drove by my house to find the door wide open. Had my heater out in the YARD, which I would have not have noticed unless I drove by. The answer to the heater (which I had to replace) the heater is sealed which protects it from the elements, but we will make sure it is inside the house asap. They charge the insurance company thousands to haul off the trash right? I couldnt use my trash can for 2 weeks until after calls and calls they had the contactors SON come get the trash they left in it so I could use my own home trash can. Even then heavy trash was left in the bottom of it so I had to haul that plus my own trash to the curb. Had grabage bags all over my ktichen. Been almost 1 month since Ive been back and none of this work is complete.. I am only back in beacuse they said If I did not pay the balance on the invoice they wouldnt move my things back in, the office not even knowing of all the unfinished work because the project manager informs them of nothing. They do not care about the customer. I have never experienced working with a company who so blatantly does not care. When you leave a key to your house and are promised to have them take care of your property and all they do is take a big steaming crap on it and even have their worker steal from you. Worst experience let alone already having to deal with the insurance company.Do not hire ERX if you want quality work, peace of mind, respect for your property, or even basic human decency.They work with Roto Rooter! So hire your our restoration company.

The category is flooring but it was a remodeling masterpiece. I highly recommend ERX. Angel is a professional through and through. Last but not certainly least. I was a joy to work with Kim Tremain.

ERX personnel Jose and Jasper did a super job on our damaged floors. They replaced sub-flooring, toe board, baseboard, and installed waterproof vinyl flooring in damaged areas due to water leak. They were great!!
