I love going to Supercuts!! They always do a very good job with my hair. My hair is naturally curly (which I hate 😄) so after my cut I always get them to blow it out & flat iron it after. They make sure to use cruelty free products on my hair because I always ask for that. I have yet to have a bad cut & I have been going there first years. I highly recommend getting you hair cut there. All if the stylists have great personalities & always take care of you making you feel special.

The best service ever! I recommend Danielle she is very sweet and she did my hair how i wanted it and its beautiful!! We had great conversations and her work space was very clean. She took her time and did an amazing job!!!

Manger is absolutely RUDE! Unbelievable that she is actually in charge. Supercuts must be desperate. My sons haircut isn’t what he described to her and he was in pain from her being so rough during the cut. When I asked if they accepted Applepay she lost her mind, became loud and hostile. I have 5 kids and they have lost this customer for good!

I really wanted to give this place five stars but I cant. Came in to get my girls hair trimmed, ended up getting their tips done as well which was over 2 hours. Not complaining about the time issue just upset that after just 48 hours the color almost faded completely. Purple turned into peachy blonde. For over $160 I definitely expected it to last at least 4-6 weeks. Customer service was excellent but thats not what I paid for. My son will continue to get his hair cut here but obviously my girls will have to go to a beauty salon.

Made an appointment with Danielle, who considers herself a master colorist. I asked for med brown root coverage, apparently the developer was old so it turned out light orange. Instead of recoloring the roots, she concocted a brownish liquid ( she called it toner) and proceeded to put into my entire head of hair which came out jet black. What a disaster. Can only hope it fades over time. Buyer beware!

I walked in this salon to get a haircut for my mom and was told by a stylist that they no longer take walk-ins it was by appointment only. The stylist Erica said she had an appointment for the following day at 12:30. I booked that appointment. When we arrived my mom (who is 82) was given to a different stylist. I sat there wondering what had happened to our appointment with Erica.In the mean time a customer walked off the street no appoitment and asked Erica if she could cut her hair, Erica agreed. Wait a minute need an appoitment? When I asked Erica why didnt you take my mom at her appointment time. Her reply I dont know you.(really) I had to refresh her memory. Five weeks before that were in the salon and she was the only one working, her co-worker over an hour late for work. Erica seemed overwhelmed and it was understood. There were a couple of men in the salon and she asked if it was ok to do there hair first. My mom and I agreed waited for over 2 1/2 hours. Erica was greatfull and said next time I will give you a free haircut. After telling her this story her reply was oh yeah I remember now. She then tried to play nice, no thanks, a little to little a little to late.I said your are suppose to be a professional building a clientele you are really bad at achieving that goal.Most professional people have the common sense to acknowledge people, not her.If I could give a minus star I would. Pathetic, unprofessional and rude. I will never give another dime of my moms hard earned money to a unprofessional rude salon. I told Erica I didnt give bad review for the time we waited over 2 hours because it was no fault of hers but this time it was. She is aware of my review being posted.

My mama and I had to drive ALL the way here to Kernersville because the SuperCuts in Clemmons has recently shut down! I’m so Disappointed 😞! Anyhow, I love how Erika Cuts, Styles, Highlights, you name it, my hair so we made this trip 3-14-20. Really not a bad drive since they’ve done work to the new HWY, took about 18minutes, Well Worth Seeing Erika! I also appreciated her working my mama in that day as well. Call first, as Erika gets booked quick. You’ll Not Be Disappointed. 👍

Call ahead is a huge time saver!! The stylists are always willing to listen and make sure your hair looks good, unlike the competition across the street.

I went in 2 days in a row and the wait was longer than 45 minutes for a 5 min haircut. I have yet to be able to get my haircut there. 2 times was enough for me. Not enough stylists. I will shave my own head.

My daughter had Savannah and I had Ashton, we both love our hair. Cuts were long overdue and I was wowed when I left. I absolutely love all their staff, as all are happy and eager to help, but Ashton and Savannah defiantly are the best!

Went to the kernersville supercuts today was there at 3:45 to get highlights. I waited till 4:24 than they tell me I have to be there before 4 to get highlights. I explained to them that I was there before 4. There were plenty of people there to do them. They were just standing around talking. Uncalled for. Made me wait for 45 minutes than turned me away. Dont worry I wont come back and will take my business elsewhere. They were also very rude.

I’ve been going to this salon for years and have decided I’m never setting foot in there again. I have a pixie cut and every time I left from the shop I get home to find that my hair is uneven around the ears. No attention to detail whatsoever. I let that slide because I can shape up those areas, even though I shouldn’t have to. Went there around 2 months ago and one girl (I won’t put her name) gave me the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. The entire time she was cutting my hair she was chatting with people who came in (friends it seemed) and kept looking away from my hair while she was cutting it. My hair was so hacked up it was honestly beyond repair. The staff is so sweet and friendly but they’re not great hairdressers besides one girl, Savannah or Samantha, not sure of her name.

The most awful hair experience!!!! Please do not go here. I went to Lauren and we were talking and she did what I asked her not to do. She apologized but I noticed that it wasnt a good hair cut at all and I told her to stop immediately. I didnt want any more cut off then she had already done as my hair is short. She charged me still and told me I could call the manager in the morning if I wanted. Well, I didnt want to wait a whole day with my hair looking bad so I asked Erica if she could fix it. I think she wanted to get even for Lauren and she proceeded to butch me. I couldnt really tell how very, very short she cut it until I got home and my hair at the longest is 1 1/2 long. I called her and asked her if she cut it that short to be vindictive for Lauren. She said I could call the manager in the morning since I was not happy. Well, it will grow, but I will never again go to Supercuts in Kernersville.

I signed in at 3:19, waited patiently. People off the street where signing in after me, the staff said it would be a 45 min. wait for this one guy. He said ok Im going to run some errands and Ill be back. 45 mins later he came back and was being call for his haircut. I got up and looked at the sign in sheet, one of the staff members said if your name is marked out your in the system. I told the blonde headed chic I was here before the guy that came back after 45mins. I told her its ok and walked out at 4:25.If this is how you treat your customers Im very surprised yall are still open!! Im very disappointed in the service and will never be back. I took my two boys to get their hair cut and left with the most awful cuts theyve ever had. They put gel in my 8 year olds hair and my youngest son hair was sprayed with a water bottle so you couldnt tell how uneven it was. My son commented that they were in a hurry. He was right. My husband agreed that it was a bad cut and took them back in the next day to correct it. They came home and it is even worse. This place is like a fast food drive thru hair salon. We will never go back. Definitely worth paying alittle more at sports clips where they seems to know what their doing.

If i could give a negative rating i would. Walked in with hair pass my waist and walked out with hair above my shoulders. Told stylist i wanted midback with long layers, the shortest i wanted any layer would be under my shoulder. She said i confused her...i speak perfect english and if she was so confused she should have asked before doing an irreversible cut. I hate my hair.Spoke to the owner who took the side of her stylist saying that i was on the phone and speaking spanish so i wasnt clear enough...never was i on the phone and yes i was speaking spanish to my sister in law but not the stylist. The owner did get me a straightener and a blow dryer after i cried on the phone telling her how much i hate my hair since my hair is naturally curly. but mind you she got the cheapest thing on the shelf.the blow dryer is literally $9.88 and the straightener $25. WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. now i have to deal with this for 6-12 months until it grows back. If you need to go there, ask for Savanah. Do not go to Mickey-she has the multi pastel dyed hair.Savanah helped finish my hair and tried to help me cope since i just couldnt stop crying. Savanah also cut my daughters hair exactly how i wanted...mind you i gave Savanah the same directions i gave Mickey. Owner did not empathize with me at all and made me feel like this was my fault. Very unprofessional salon. The manager was there that day and saw everything unfolding and didnt even introduce herself to me or apologize on behalf of Supercuts. Never again even if they offered free service. Wish i wouldve read all the previous ratings before entering. Makes me wonder what great reputation the owner was talking about. She needs to read her ratings or her business will fail...
