We took our RV to Becks for a repair. It seems that another local repair place had miswired it. They fixed the issues and got our RV working again. There is a large gated lot behind the shop and our RV stayed there until it was pulled in. The cost for the work was reasonable. I feel like Becks respected our time and was honest about the work.I know they also work on other types of vehicles, but this is the type of work I had done.

If allowed the rating would be negative 5.Our Class A Motorhome was damaged while under maintenance at Beck’s Frame and Alignment. Accidents are possible no matter what experts they claim said it was impossible that they caused the damage. We knew our Motorhome had no structural damage prior to taking it to their shop. We even had video proof that there was no preexisting damage via our home security camera and took the footage in as evidence. Instead of taking ownership of the damage they caused, and perhaps an apology, my husband was told to just pay the bill and to never bring the Motorhome back to their shop again. I am horrified at the customer service received and their lack of taking ownership of damages they caused. We were not looking for free labor but a genuine “oh no, we are sorry for damages caused” and perhaps and offer to pay for the damages. What has happened to humanity when you feel you are too perfect to err even when there is video proof showing that you did??. I am extremely disappointed at the treatment my husband received just because they didn’t want to own up to the damages they caused. Shame on you Beck’s Frame & Alignment. No one is perfect from error but the man above!!

These guys were amazing!!! they fixed my sons brakes and put new drums on, truck is like new.

Becks Frame & Alignment Service always takes care of our trucks with no worries. Every time we call, there is never an issue with timing or waiting. We appreciate everything Becks does for our company in servicing our fleet in a timely manner. The customer service we receive from everyone is top notch.

If you ever need truck work done in the Winston-Salem, Greensboro N.C. Area I recommend Becks Frame and Alignments.I have been using Becks now for around four years, PRIOR to that I used other large truck facilities and was disappointed. Becks offers more them just Wheel and Alignments.. call them and see if they can help You! All the staff and management from Joan and her Husband Raymond, David and Steve and all the other folks that work here really do take pride in their work. They are friendly and professional. They do make mistakes but admit it when it happens and will correct without charge or blame. I RARELY give 5 stars but these folks really do go above and beyond.

Hey if you need commercial truck service, this is the place you should go! Raymond and Joan are super to work with, reliable quotes and reasonable prices. Go by and have a conversation about all there services then at least give them an opportunity. Dont be afraid to check out other places, just go here last! You will probably be happy you did!

Good folks. Weve been using this shop for our Volvo truck for a couple of years now. They show a high level of concern and appreciation for their customers and they price work fairly. After some of the run-around weve had with some other shops, its a relief to work with a dependable shop.

I have towed trucks in and out of Becks Frame I have never had any work done there but I know the owners are nice people Joan and. Raymond James is also nice I have had to work with some of there employees when getting trucks on and off the frame rack I know Josh is a good person to work with very helpful when I have been there I work as a heavy duty tow truck driver for Davis Garage so thats where I have met all these awesome people from Becks Frame

Took my f250 here due to a pull to the right on the highway. Had alignment checked before elsewhere and was told it was fine. Took here and they found problem and fixed in an afternoon. Truck tracks perfect now even with lift and 35s
