Unfortunately, my experience with John Pegg and his appraisal company left something to be desired. Quite frankly, the only reason he has even one star is because I had to give him that to have my review published. He arrived 30 minutes late to review my late fathers estate. After an hour of looking through my fathers belongings, he said that he would send me information including a contract to peruse within three days time. Here it is eight days and several phone calls and emails initiated by me and I have yet to hear a peep from John Pegg. If he didnt think my fathers estate was enough to work with, he could easily have told me that....in person, by phone, or by email. My advice to you, the consumer is this: If you want to deal with a professional in the true sense of the word, look elsewhere.
