My 21 year old HVAC system needed replacing. Comfort Specialist Mike thoroughly assessed my home to determine the best system for me. He explained all of my options in detail and answered all of my questions. Four days later, Stephen and Andres arrived to install my new system. They were extremely professional and Stephen patiently answered any questions I had. Seven hours later, I had a new gas furnace, a new AC unit, and my home was comfortably cool. The work areas were so clean when they left, it looked as if they hadn’t even been there. I will absolutely continue to use Cool Breeze for my heating and air needs.

My husband and I have had problems with our HVAC system every since we purchased our home in 2004. Because we had purchased a home warranty we have had to use that service every winter for our heating and every summer for our a/c problems. Thank goodness we found Cool Breeze 1250 H&C! We had always seen their cleverly designed blue and white vans in the triad which got our attention. They came out for the last couple years repairing our system to get us through the seasons. Stephen told us from the beginning a replacement was long overdue. And we appreciate that he did not pressure us unlike other companies. He and Stephen verified all the notes (that is now a booklet) that I had taken over the years with all the problems we have had. The actual install with Noel, the lead installer, the other technicians, Victor and Andres knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish. The fact that it took only two days to take out the old and install the new system was amazing! Noel explained everything about the system and answered all questions that my husband and I had. We are so happy to be to able to turn the thermostat on and results happen immediately. We are definitely prepared for upcoming winters and summers thanks to Cool Breeze 1250 Heating and Cooling, Inc.! They proved themselves to be the A+, 5 Star rated, quality work company that they advertised.

Life Savers!! My elderly parents AC stopped working after hours. I called Cool Breeze and they immediately loaned us a window unit to use until the AC could get fixed. My mom, who is non-ambulatory, was getting sick from the heat so we really appreciate how quickly they responded and offered to do what they could to help us out.

I was very impressed with this companys professionalism, and well dressed in company uniform. As everyone know how many repairs you have had done were you were nervous to evan let them in your house. BEWARE! These people over charge the elderly and completely take advantage of the elderly. My dad got charged $1100 to put freon in his AC unit. Better business bureau will be contacted.

I cant say enough about Cool Breeze 1250. We had both systems replaced up and downstairs. Stephen have us a very precise quote, no surprised. Yes it was costly but worth every penny. For two days we had 5to 6 employees on the third half day just 2 employees to finish up. 2 complete units replaced in 2.5 days. Every employee was knowledgeable friendly and hard working. Called them in the morning about an issue with one of my AC units going dead. They were out to the house at 2:00. I had eliminated a number of the possible problems, and narrowed it down to the most likely culprit, which involves an electrical problem feeding the condenser pump. Sam confirmed everything and helped get a temporary fix in place and the AC up and running so I can investigate the electrical circuit issue further.The customer service person in the morning was very helpful and Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly. I trust these folks and will have them back to do some routine maintenance on both units later this summer. Solid company. Good people. A+

Had them remove a birds nest from my vent and put a vent cage up to prevent any more nests. Cost over 600 because it included special cleaning. They came and put on the vent covers without removing the nest. They sent someone back out to remove nest but that was over 6 months ago and I still smell the nest so I do not think it was cleaned which is a health issue. The second crew just took out the nest and didnt clean. I confirmed with both crews what I had paid for and thought was occurring and they concurred but neither did the complete job I paid for.

Moved into a new house with 3 kids and a wife 3 weeks ago. Called and told them the issues with the AC that was installed in 2019 prior to moving in. Absolutely no help and was basically told it was on me to fix it. Awful customer service and had to call back numerous times due to never getting called back. If it was an option I would give zero stars.

Our AC started blowing warm air last night. I entered a service request online hoping to hear back today. To my surprise, I received a text at 9:30pm from Kesia asking about my problem and how Cool Breeze could help. I asked for an early appointment this morning (because we LOVE our AC!). I received a text at 8am advising that their representative Stephen was on his way. Stephen was prompt, efficient and considerate. I needed a HVAC service tech for a rental property last month and was out of town. Found Cool Breeze on Google with good reviews. The tech replaced the defrost control board ($80 supply house) and I was charged $565 for service call with proposed recommended extra service for same call for $1500. The unit continued having same issues. I would have called CB back but after the billing me so much for a simple 20 minute board swap, I called another company and after several system tests the compressor was determined to be at issue. I got a second opinion with same diagnosis. Replaced unit. Im not saying the control bd was or wasnt bad - just that I was (imo) way over charged for basic parts and service and the proposal for the $1500 better fix on a 12 year old system triggered all my sense-of-fairness and good faith alarms. I can not recommend for service calls on HVAC systems. But if you do - be very LEARY of their good $$ - better$$$ - best $$$$$ service call pricing proposals. Not industry standard imo and borders on predatory for unsuspecting customers.

I just called this morning with a problem. These guys were out in about 30 minutes after the call and got it fixed. Cant ask for better or quicker. I am very pleased with their service. I will recommend them to anyone. I have had other services in the past that charged a lot and did little. A different story here with Cool Breeze. Very friendly and professional service. Kesia was willing to listen about a problem already diagnosed, and help me figure out how to get York to locate and honor a 10 year warranty on an eight-year-old evaporator coil installed by the previous homeowner, a warranty that three other contractors and distributors could not or would not help me get sorted out. Steven found the replacement in Greensboro and got it installed within 2 days, just before the first Heatwave! I sweltered through a couple afternoons and over a dozen phone calls before Cool Breeze was able to help me solve the problem in a couple of hours. Bravo Cool Breeze! I have used Cool Breeze for service and an installation of a mini split system. He and his assistants are the cleanest service men I have ever used. Their work is very thorough, and effective. If he suggests a form of repair, listen to him; because eventually you will need to do what he suggests. I will not use anyone else for various reasons, however trust is at the top of my list.

The service call didnt go as well as wed hoped. Although they came out on such short notice which was great, i cant help but feel they failed to deliver quality service. For example, they didnt tell me the PSI levels of my system and how many pounds of freon i would need, but instead quoted me $440 to recharge my system when freon is only some $60/lb. In addition, they claimed my uncased A type evaporator coil had a leak and instead of offering to track down the leak, repair it, or even offer leak stop, they immediately jumped to replacing it. Once they offered to replace it, they quoted me several different options which ranged from $2000 to $4000 which were named platinum, gold, silver, band-aid, which was salesy and overpriced in my opinion after calling around after. Their hospitality was great, but i was dissatisfied so i left a one star. Ive changed it to a three star due to the fact that they refunded us our service call and mailed us a heart felt letter with apologies. These are probably good people, but should definitely work on their sales approach.

Cool Breeze has done work for us several times and we are now on a maintenance contract with them. Stephen is punctual and polite. I like to follow him as he checks each system, and end up asking lots of questions which he never minds answering. He treats our systems carefully and gently- which may sound a little silly when talking about HVAC systems, but I appreciate someone who is considerate of my property.

Stephen and Cool Breeze provided my family with excellent service in a time of need. When you lose heat in the middle of December on a weekend with 6 people in your home your first concern is how fast can I get the heat restored and how much is it going to cost. I am somewhat technical so I checked the error codes on my unit and understood what wasn’t working but the cause was difficult to diagnose. I called a tech at another company to come out to our home, and after a 10 minute check he said I needed a $350 part and it would take about three days. I paid him his service fee for coming and looked for someone else. I ended up calling Cool Breeze after my wife suggested it, and Im SO glad I did, because their service rate for coming out was 25% cheaper than others listed. Not only that, but he came that Sunday afternoon and took the time to talk me through what he saw and thoroughly serviced the parts that were related to the cause of the unit not working. His attention to detail found the cause of the problem, and this repair cost no more than the service charge. Our heat was restored along with my assurance in repairmen. I later signed up for a yearly maintenance agreement and have had no issues since. Mr. Bagby and Cool Breezes attention to detail, experience and his honest approach to his work is why I highly recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Cool Breeze 1250 late on a Saturday night with a non-emergency issue expecting to leave a voicemail. To my surprise, Stephen answered the phone. He was polite and promptly scheduled an appointment for me first thing Monday morning. Stephen and Matt arrived as scheduled and tended to my furnace, even having the parts on hand to make the repair. I am very happy with the service and will contact Cool Breeze 1250 for my future HVAC needs.

Steven got my gas logs running after I had went out and bought a propane tank. He fixed the sparker and made all the connections to the gas line. He does quality work and I know because he put a new system in for my parents. I recommend him to anyone.

Horrible. It was the middle of the summer when we used their service. It was OVER 90 DEGREES IN THE HOME and they knew there where children and animals. They said they would come in between 8 and 12 and the person came at 3. They charged us over 300 dollars for a 40 dollar part we found on Amazon. If you want good service, dont use this company. I will never use them again and I will warn every single human being against these scammers.

In the beginning these guys were outstanding, but I have been less impressed of late. First one of their technicians set my system to emergency heat, which I didnt realize until the second service later that year Then last year after paying my annual maintenance fees in May I was charged more in fall, due to their previous billing error (I am happy to pay what I owe, but less enthused about unexpected expenses)Then more recently we are selling our house and the due diligence pointed out something to do with HVAC. As a loyal customer on an annual maintenance plan for several years I forwarded the recommendations and estimate to Cool Breeze, but the original estimate from buyers HVAC people was $455 and Cool Breeze wanted to charge $585. Theres no way I am prepared to pay that much more for work on a house I will no longer even own, and am disappointed that they didnt at least price match the other quote. I have always highly recommended them in the past, but no longer feel like I can.

They are so honest and gave me a very fair price. I really appreciate knowing I have a company I can trust and highly recommended them!

Other companies told me that it would be several days before they could get the parts I needed and come out for repairs; Cool Breeze went to get the parts the same day and came out to fix my AC soon thereafter.
