After a very poor experience at another store, we had deep misgivings about the chain. Thankfully, we gave them another try with this store and found the staff, in particular, at this store, to be outstanding! They took a great deal of time to understand exactly what we were looking for and compare that with their availability. And while they were courteous, they were honest-to-a-fault, and provided information which led us to a better choice. While we didnt feel pressured in any way, they were very attentive, and ensured that we had everything we might need for our project.

Do Not order anything but small jobs from this store. Nice folks at the front door but totally incompetent in managing the back end. Couldnt print a receipt when came to pick up my order. When I came back to pick up the remainder they said I still owed 1300 that I had already paid. I had to ask for a hand written receipt that she scrawled on a piece of paper. Today they have no record of my partial pick up or payment and no material in the warehouse with my name or order number. The back of the house is a disorganized mess and no wonder they cant find anything. I have never had this kind of experience at any other store. Unfortunately this one is a loser.

Awesome selection of great products. Had everything that I needed. Fantastic prices with plenty of stock on had to finish my project. Friendly knowledgeable staff was quick to assist and answer all my questions. Will definitely return when I start my next flooring project.

They have a lot of beautiful colors in flooring in a lot of different budgets .What I liked you dont have to look at the samples as small as a wallet size but there samples are big enough you can visions it in your room that you want to do flooring in.And the people there was very helpful . Highly recommend them

Nice store and a good selection of flooring. Employees were nice when they interacted with you, keywords being when they interacted. When I asked what they had for under $1sqft he told me laminate peel and stick and or the special deals wall and that was it. I feel he was totally uninterested at that point and moved on to something else... It would have been nice to be shown and or asked what type of flooring style I was looking for. Instead I was left to search myself and eventually left.

We bought vinyl plank flooring from the 28th st store. Randall the salesman was knowledgeable about the different products, their durability, and what would work well for our application. Will definitely use lumber liquidators in the future.
