Fast good service people, there 24 800 number suck took over a hr, to get a hold of them, try call back over a hr to get them out to fix truck, toll 5hr on the side of the road

Used to be a great friendly place to rent/deal with. Customer service has gotten rude and the service department has become a place where you dread having to go. (Whether its dropping off a rental or picking one up from being serviced!)I recommend the branch out in Holland... They are to notch! All the way around!

Do not work at Penske Logistics warehouse in Kentwood mi the supervisor that runs the warehouse should not be a supervisor at all he is the most crooked person you could ever work for. He will falsely accuse you of doing something and fire you to save someone elses a**. BE WARNED DO NOT WORK FOR PENSKE WAREHOUSES THE WORSE JOB AND THE WORST SUPERVISORS YOU COULD EVER WORK FOR. THEY WILL FIRE YOU FOR NO REASON AT ALL TO COVER SOMEONE ELSES A**.

My company has a leased truck through Penske and this last weekend we rented 4 more trucks to help with our event. I left my phone mount in one of the trucks by mistake. When I called to try and hunt it down they were of no help. I called within 5 hours of the truck being returned. The service manger informed me that there was no way to know what truck I rented (which is odd because the trucks are numbered). After pleading for him to at least check in some trucks, he called me back within a minute of hanging up to tell me he couldn’t find it. So he either didn’t care to look or he took the mount. Either way customer service here is terrible.
