This was my first time at this Dentist and I REALLY like the ladies that are his assistants and filling out things and speaking to me today and I REALLY like the dentist I met…. He has a very likable personality and he was very informative on letting me know the plan for me…. He had a very good chair side manner and he didn’t rush…. Two qualities that are very important in my opinion…. I am already looking forward to going back and told my family about everyone there I met today🙏💜✌️

I took my brother for general evaluation at the dental Clinic today, and Michelle, the dental assistant, was in charge of taking X-rays, and completing a medical record for him, which she did very professional and caring.Also, we interacted with Mary, front desk, and she took her time to put price and appointments together for us, showing respect, caring and kindness. I waited two years to get in for my appointment and it was worth the wait. My teeth were fine just a little bit of plaque but no cavities.

My first visit here. I had terrible pain in my tooth. They got me an appointment earlier than I was originally scheduled. The dentist, Dr. Zona and his hygienist were the best. They were educational, knowledgeable, and actually fun. I’m so thankful they accept my insurance.

This office is so nice! I’ve had horrible dental experiences in the past and offices that made a point to spread my dental work out over multiple visits for no reason (doing one filling then having to wait 2-4 months for another one). This place got me right in next day for an urgent concern and then made a very fast time efficient plan for the remaining dental work I need. The staff is super friendly and makes a point to answer my questions in detail and even explain my own x rays to me. DDS Eric Cao is amazing. He’s fun and empathetic and is so good at what he does. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist.

Such a great experience! I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years. My teeth are okay but def needed a cleaning... I was so nervous to go in since it’s been so long Im embarrassed lol but right away the staff made me feel comfortable and reassured me that they were just happy I made the first step! Also, no cavities!! Double bonus!

I highly recommend this dental office! I have always suffered severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist but after 6 long years of not going I needed a lot of work done including wisdom teeth removal which I had done today! Along with having a few other teeth removed as well. Dr. Zona did a fantastic job and has really put me at ease!! He has a great plan ahead on getting my mouth as healthy as possible and Im so excited for the end result! The dental assistant Missy was also amazing, she made me feel very comfortable the entire visit! Thank you so much!

My son age 9 had been having tooth pain pretty bad last Friday...I called and the soonest they could see him was the following Thursday. Out appointment time was 11:10. I arrived at 11:15 and entered the building where I then had to call the receptionist from outside the door. First time calling nobody answered...then another person came and walked in (not following the rules presented to call before entering) I called again and still no answer. Finally got through and was told we were too late...at this point it was 11:19. Last time I was in the office for my other son, we waited 15 minutes because of them running late. So now I have my kid missing school and still in pain with no help.

I believe all people should receive excellent care regardless of their income or insurance and finally at my community dental I found the care that I deserve regardless of my financial situation they make me feel comfortable and safe and they try to figure out a solution no matter what.

Was my first experience with a new dentist because my old office was closed. I loved my old dentist so I figured he would be hard to replace. The staff here was great. Very nice, respectful, and conscious of safety practices. I was very comfortable. First time out, my dentist fixed my dentures to fit my mouth so good I have not needed adhesive. Oh happy day. Great service, great work, great professionalism, and great people. Cannot go wrong

The dentist ruined two of my back teeth when I went in a year ago and caused a great sensitivity issue for me with NO plans to fix it after I told them the great pain it had caused. Literally I was fine and NEVER had any sensitivity issues but after having work done here my mouth has had UNBEARABLE sensitivity issues. On top of that the Dentist knowingly allowed me to keep a cavatied tooth in my mouth and told me “to keep an eye on it” over a six month period and when my tooth started falling out a few months later ending up with a massive hole they offered no help just a referral for a root canal that could’ve been avoided if they did their job in the first place and hadn’t “put off” the work until the next appointment. Super dissatisfied with this place as I feel like they’ve caused more damage then help to my mouth/smile. I would never recommend this dental practice for anything other then basic cleanings ...

As a somewhat newer patient, I highly recommend this dentist office. Very friendly, willing to listen, explains things in detail, has never been a bad experience. Very thankful I am able to be a patient here!

By far the best dental experience Ive had.After dozens of failed and incompetent visits at other places, the team actually took the time to listen to my issues and acted on them. I had several extractions and the procedure was quick and painless, something I have never been able to say about a dentist before.

The dentist in this office take pride in their work and take really good care of its clients.

Ive been taking both my kids here for dental appts for quite awhile and Ive never had a problem there, other than maybe a miscommunication once in awhile. Theyre not like some dental clinics, where they wont allow parents back with their kids. Theyre very interactive, informative. I recommend this dental clinic to anybody whos looking for a good dental clinic for theyre kids and families. One thing I do highly recommend, is to always check with them on insurance issues, thats about the only miscommunication Ive had with them. Im not completely sure at the moment, but I know they take priority health Medicaid/healthy kids, Im going to be checking to see if they take my insurance.

Dr. Cao is the best. We only see him because he does a great job at making the best out of every appointment.

My Community Dental is by far my favorite place for all my dental needs. They get you in to a room quickly, the staff is friendly, and the dentists are so kind. My dentist always explains what he is doing and is gentle as he works. It is so nice to find a dentist who is concerned about my comfort. Wish I had found My Community Dental earlier because I no longer fear going to the dentist!

I have always better fraid of the dentist since I was young. This doctor Cao and the entire staff at community dental really care for patients and treat everyone like theyre special. Maricol is especially kind and considerate. Thanx for making me feel special. I look forward to my visits now.

Always a good experience - almost painless and wonderfull staff. Vicky and Dee got me right in on emergency basis, Jasmine prepped and Missy is an amazing assistant. Very calming and efficient. Dr. Zona is so fast, I didnt even know the tooth was out when he told me we were done. Kind, intelligent and very good at the whole dentistry thing. I heard him calm a frightened young girl in the next room. If you have a child that needs dentistry, hes the one to see. Dr Carmody is also excellent in the Cedar Springs office. My experience at My Community Dental Center was great! They were time efficient. My appointment started on time and ended on time. Additionally, Daijah, the dentist assistant, was amazing. She was very thorough, made me feel extremely comfortable, and did a spectacular job on my teeth cleaning!

Doctor Kayo was also kind and super informative, he gave me lots of very important information for pain reduction with my TMJ and alternatives /home remedies that will save me a fortune in the long run. MCDC has always done their best to save my teeth for me and they had my back this time as well when they told me last time that if this tooth they fixed started hurting it would need either a root canal and crown or to be removed, they respected my decision to remove it and went ahead with the procedure. I am now home recovering and feeling really good about the whole thing. The staff is friendly and professional and really seem to care about their patients. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars from me isnt even necessarily their fault because of the lack of availability of the gas they use for these procedures... It would have been a much less uncomfortable process with the gas available but again, our of their control.

Q was very nice. Everyone was nice and very cautious and careful with covid and all. Very clean and I felt good no concerns. I gave 4 stars, I had my teeth scrapped, cleaned not very pleasant but Q was gentle.

I accompanied my adult son with disabilities to his 6 month checkup and cleaning at MCDC Kentwood. Quineesha was warm, professional and patient as she took xrays and did the cleaning and care of his teeth. We always get great service at MCDC, but I want to give a special thank you to Quineesha for her fine work.

It was my childs first time going to the dentist. The staff was very professional and set our minds at ease right away. The environment was clean and had procedures in place to keep everyone safe.

Very friendly, takes the time to make sure they know what needs to be done, talks to help you remain calm and talk you through things such as a broken tooth with a broken filing and an abscess on the botton of one root that felt like it wouldnt numb.
