Great friendly staff. Very organized warehouses.

A great company that the business I work for uses for all of its international air cargo shipments. We basically bring them the parcels that we need to internationally ship and they take care of the rest. Its nice not having to deal with all of the logistics and red tape that is involved with shipping goods out of the country and expeditors does a great job at this and not only that we shopped around locally and they seem to have the best price. Highly recommend them for all your international shipping needs!

Great people in there, its US Customs Bond Facility. Check in between dock 15 and 16, you would need your driver license and pick up no, use the kiosk to input your info than go to the shipping window. You have to enter from 66th Ave not 64th, the guard shack does take a 15 mins break in which they will lock the gate. Quick load and unload within 2 hours. Theres a Ernies truck stop no parking usually if there is they will charge 25 per day. They have food its on James street on that truck stop.

Nice and friendly staff both @ reception and shipping. My load hadt pallets its flour load and they loaded my trailer fast.

Got my step deck loaded in a reasonable amount of time.Loaded me heavy but legal (since I got a spread 79500). Please note that you must come in from 66th not 64th in a truck. The lot is tight but manageable if there are not 5 others trying to get theirs done too.

Small lot got to be careful when backing up on docks 1- 4

Overloaded the trailer, boxes stacked on floor, ate up my drive time. Weighted load, had to bring back to get some weight off, reweigh the load and my partner took over.

Very nice guy at the loading dock, quuick unload, a few of the doors are super tight, but doable with a 53 trailer and sleeper berth truck.

Very friendly workers, they need to remove the curb and the tree that is in front of the door hydrant,, door seven and eight are pretty tough to get into, you have to run the curb over and its rough on steer tires

Great for work

Once I found out the right window and check in...(walked around the building 2 times) it went really quick. Once I backed into assigned dock, unloading started within minutes. Pretty quick service.

Waiting too long

Aweful, had us back into a door, said it would be about three hours. Three and a half hours later they hadnt even started loading. Walked in to see what was going on. They say the load is cancelled. They never even bothered to say a word to me or my company, just left me sitting out there. Horrible company.

Crazy policies! I was unloaded and ready to leave but stuck at the gate because they close the gates for lunch and don’t care about the drivers who need to leave asap.

If being live loaded, make sure to have an extra logbook. Been in the dock for 4 hours, only loaded half the trailer at this point.

They stuck empty containers to each other.

Run of the mill freight broker/forwarder. Always understaffed and overwhelmed.

Very bad service I came here 2.30 am guard told me they open 6.00 am and 6.00 am I check in 4.00pm they load my trailer please dont come here this place no value of time
