I was quoted by another service company for an alignment.. But they said I needed new parts before they could do it. Gary said they would inspect and let me know if in fact I needed new parts first. Turned out I did not need them. An honest company finally.I took my other vehicle in for new brakes the next day. I will use them in the future.

Called this company the lack of response back when they did respond back I sent them a video of what was wrong with my vehicle and they said they would call me right back its been 3 days now

Have been using Kent Performance Auto for years. Even followed Gary from the last service place he was at - he is that good. Friendly, knowledgeable, helps in an emergency situation quickly. THe rest of the staff is great. Trust then completely - you cant go wrong.

These guys went above and beyond. They accepted the challenge of working on our older motorhome when the RV repair shops wouldnt even look at it, and they did a great job.

Highly recommended repair shop. If you want a shop that will take care of your car and is honest and very fair. Call these guys. Ive been using them for a couple of years now. Also check their tire prices. I just got a lower price on BETTER tires then what Les Schwab and Goodyear could offer.

Had two of my cars detailed here and result was great. They were running Amazon Local promotions, sadly Amazon is discontinuing that platform, but I sure hope to see them on other daily deal places like Groupon or LivingSocial. Regardless, the detail was superb. They paid close attention to detail. They did each car under $100.

Bought brand new motor after we picked up the vehicle had troubles with motor and the woudlnt honor the warranty they said we r not working on it come pick it up

Terrible customer service. Refused to work on my vehicle because it had an engine swap. I needed help with my carburetor and the guy straight up told me Ill pass on that. Obviously you guys dont know a damn thing about running a business if you are turning customers away. Its ridiculous you call yourselves a performance shop, when the only thing in the whole establishment with any kind of performance is the coffee maker. If you dont want business, you shouldnt even be in business. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So that more consumers will know the disgusting business ethic you have.

Worst place to go to, over priced parts, they wont help fix your car or help you change your oil if you bring your own stuff, $500 plus tax for a 2010 acura tl altinator, like wow there only napa auto parts

Dont know why they call it performance. Brought my 406 sbc to get timing done and was refused service because engine was modified. What kind of bs is that? But did service on my friends swapped ls3 camaro which was modified. F you guys.
