Went in for an estimate to find out my issue couldnt be resolved there, which was no problem. Since they helped and explained what exactly Id need to do and what to be aware of with insurance. Will definitely go back if I need anything done again.

I would have given a 5 star but I got pretty frustrated with the receptionist. On the phone it seemed like it was a bother to answer the phone and seemed short. But in person she was great.To my truck, they did great work then some. Drop off and pick up was very simple. I would definitely take my vehicle there again.

This shop is on a list for my insurance company to send vehicles to for repairs. The tow truck driver was beginning to unload the vehicle and somone came out, yelled at the towtruck driver said he was to booked, didnt have room. He then threatened to have my vehicle towed. The vehicle was alsp approved to be checked out with the shop. Whole situation has been unpleasant.

Ive been back since, even after pulling a boneheaded move and backing into my mail box - they were affordable for a small out of pocket repair. Pros-Was involved in a head on accident and my insurance company recommended CARSTAR for the repairs to my car. My experience was wonderful . They took a stressful situation and made it so easy.. The work looks good, my Mdx looks brand new again. It was freshly vacuumed and washed. Dave was totally up front, transparent, knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed of every step.Cons-When picking car I only looked at the damaged from accident, didn’t notice the driver door till after I got home . Not sure what happened but fresh tiny hole like paint chips all over the front of my door. It Wasn’t door dings was more like some kind of tools or something of that sort. Im disappointed in self and shop…please inspect the whole car before and after work is done before leaving.

The only thing that would have made it better is if they would have added a bit of fuel when it was ready to be picked up. Low fuel light was on and needle was not even showing any movement when started.I would recommend them to anyone needing body work.

I was rear ended on 6/7/21From the second I called and spoke to the gal at the front desk, Alex (hopefully I spelled it correctly), and met Mark for the initial adjustment I knew I would be in good hands.Alex was extremely helpful in helping me schedule dropping off my car and answering any other questions I had.Mark had my mind at ease and was very knowledgeable in what needed to be fixed on my car and was very upfront about the repairs and the time it would take. He also was prompt in calling me to update me of any further damage they had found.Both Alex and Mark were extremely helpful in arranging a rental car for me and were more than accommodating in helping me drop it offI am very OCD and protective of my car so knowing Id have to leave it somewhere other than my home for a few nights was extremely nerve wracking. Mark was extremely understanding and non judgmental about this and did everything to put my mind at ease.Another concern was I would be stuck at work long after their business hours. I called and both alex and mark explained that would be no problem and that they would leave my car out front with the keys locked in the console.I was shocked when I picked up the car; not only had they washed the car but cleaned the entire INSIDE (vacuumed and wiped down). They even wrapped my key in tin foil to prevent any security threats of theft. I was beyond impressedHonestly my wrx was looking better than it did prior to the accident. Exhibition Automotive CARSTAR was able to get my car back to it’s original condition.

Paint on the front bumper is starting to lift and peel after 5 months meaning..A - Extremely poor prep work gone wrong.B- Highly inexperienced painters, blend work is very visible even from a distance. Prep work should have been top priority, ended up having the whole car vinyl wrapped due to the look, would not reccomended anything to this place and if your forced, might as well say goodbye, your car will never look the same again.

This is the first ever experience of myself having to get services of repair on my car. From the second I came in they made me feel welcome. The process hassle free. A wait time no longer than 5 minutes and they will always give me updates of what’s happening, and they worked with USAA. With getting everything processed and they brought back my dealership look to my car. Just amazing.

I appreciated being updated about my vehicle repair status by Mark. The car looked brand new when they were done with it.

Although I wasn’t able to get my car fixed due to unforeseen circumstances they took care of me. I was able to keep my car there for 7 days after the visual inspection until I could my car towed home. They didn’t charge me any storage fees and made sure my car was in a safe place. Alex and Cory were the two I had communicated with and they were very professional!

Brought my car in for some repairs to my bumper after an accident. Cory was super friendly and pleasant to work with, he explained the process thoroughly, and my car was repaired even sooner than I expected! Overall, it was a great experience!

Highly recommend taking any sort of nice or somewhat sporty car, didnt get me the right parts, parts they did install were not done correctly. Couldnt even put splash guards back properly, in all honesty, it felt like autozone worked on my car.

My car got rear ended so I took it to Carstar in Kent for a quote. Cory was VERY polite and thorough in explaining the process of fixing the rear end of the car and communicating with the insurance company on the expense side of things. Throughout the process of dropping the car off til when it was completed, Carstar was very good at sending updates on the status of the car. Additionally, Carstar fixed my car several days ahead of the estimated completion date, and had also washed and cleaned out the exterior and interior of the car when I picked it up. Carstar went above and beyond my expectation and I would definitely have their service again! Definitely satisfied with their work!

This is an update on July 13th I was in an accident my car was taken to the Kent location. I previously rated this shop 5 stars. The customer service and handling of the claim was great. My car also looked good. That being said I had to take it back twice because it was not right. For smaller repairs, I would recommend this shop but for major damage find a different shop.

Okay shop, adequate repairs but not the best at sourcing parts, both the ez lip that was replaced / reinstalled has already fallen off after 3 months, ( my previous one I installed myself lasted over a year) my guess is the surface was not prepped properly or some other issue .Next was the center cap for a rim, not a big deal but again, they obvisouly were not gloss black, there were matt black and when I mention it there wasnt a care in the world, said thats all they could get, ended up just reordering and replacing them myself that same night. All in all, 3/5 experience.

I really liked how quick and efficient they were and had my car in and out very quickly. Mark was really great at keeping me updated every step of the way. The work seems to be high quality, but Im not worried about it given that they have a lifetime guarantee.

I have used done business with this firm several times. The work done is generally good. Im not sure that I will be back due to overlooked damage that was not repaired. When I pointed out the damage that had not been repaired, the business representative that was showing the repaired car to us suggested that the remaining damage was not part of the accident and that they were not responsible to repair it. I refused the delivery of the car and left the facility with the feeling that my word had been questioned. Not a good feeling. Almost a week later the insurance company confirmed that the remaining damage was part of the job to repair the car. Exhibition Automotive called a few days later to have us pick up the fully repaired car. Since the insurance company goes by the photos and comments of the repair facility, I was put into the position of arguing to get the job done when they missed part of the damage and then argued that it was not their responsibility.

Kept me updated on the progress on my car and of the additional damage that was found once the bumper was removed. They kept in contact with my insurance so I did not have issues when I needed to extend my rental car. All around great experience.

Excellent work on my vehicle. Only complaint is that every time I spoke with them (granted I received excellent service and thorough explanations) I was the one who initiated contact. I didnt receive a call from the shop, although they were apologetic. Again, everyone treated us kindly and the work was great, just wished they communicated often with the progress and not wait for me to reach out.

Exhibition CARSTAR in Kent is PHENOMENAL!!! They go the extra mile every step of the way. I had my car hit dead on and was initially given a quote of $900 from the shady insurance company (Bluefire insurance/ AFA claims) of the other driver, which clearly wasn’t enough if you saw the damage.I took my vehicle in to CARSTAR and Travis L. did an amazing job fighting the estimate and submitting thorough supplemental claims to get my car back to 100%. They successfully fought for $5,000 worth of damage to my vehicle and restored her to her original beauty, she looks brand new! I did not have to pay a single cent in my repair. In addition to my car repair, Travis took an additional step to call my claim adjuster and to fight him on my rental car bill, which amounted to $3,000 due to the insurance company dragging their feet about approving necessary supplemental claims. They initially only wanted to pay $600 towards the bill, but after getting contacted by Travis, they nearly agreed to cover the entire $3,000 bill!!My highest recommendations for auto body repair will always land at Exhibition Automotive in Kent. They are professional, courteous, and are certainly the best in the you area. You will not regret taking your vehicle here!

During my long life I have had some accidents requiring that my vehicles be repaired. I have generally been satisfied with the quality of work I received. But CarStar Exhibition Automotive has given me a whole new level of Customer satisfaction. I was struck by a Postal Service vehicle causing damage to the right side of my car. USPS required two bids to fix the damages. On the recommendation of a close friend I was led to CarStar. I met a man named Cory there and he gave me a thorough review and estimate. The other body shop missed several things that I had to ask them to go back and look at. CarStar gave me a completion date and met it. Along the way I received both emails and phone calls updating me. Every single member of their staff was professional and courteous every time I had a question. I hope I never have occasion to require their services in the future but if I did they would be my first pick hands down!
