I worked at exotic metals from 2009 to 2013I worked in maintenance and our supervisor and lead Vince and Larry where awesome! They did not micromanage and had clear and clean expectations and you knew not to cross those lines they treated everyone with respect and let you do your job. It was a clean active no nonsense style that sets the standard for how a shop should be ran! I also remember a plantwide meeting where some issues/roadblocks for lack of a better term got handled by Bill binder stating very passionately that the rules are clear and reminded folks where the door was!I quietly applauded!! It is a good company to work for

I joined the recruiting team Jan 2019 and have absolutely loved it! Every team and every department has their own unique culture, but the company is like family. As a family owned company, you dont get caught up in the corporate shenanigans. Love!

Terminated over false claims. Just look at the snarky response from the owner on one of the bad reviews. Should tell you enough about the place. Do yourself a favor and don’t work for them. Much better opportunity elsewhere.

Really great people, really bad pay. These people deserve so much more money than theyre getting. The wage they start at is not even a living wage, while the owner gets filthy rich. They have barbecues and potlucks to try and compensate, but barbecues and potlucks dont pay the bills. Give these people what they deserve guy. Everyone at exotic should just go apply at Boeing.

Good company with a strong family oriented culture. Family owned and operated since the 1960s. Lots of manufacturing airplane parts with different shifts and multiple departments and job titles. Pay can be lower but when taking other compensation and benefits into consideration its about the same. The company has doubled in size over the last 4-5 years so there are some growing pains but the company and senior management is working on those now. Growing the supervisors and managers in leadership roles with company leadership training for them and other leads. Good internal track for learning and development. Id recommend the company to others for employment and business

Sorry, I dont know the place. Im retired from Boeing, Im still relatively young so I was thinking about going back to work. I was a tooling insp, machine parts insp cmm operator and many responsibilities. I had a lot of fun and I think its time to go back. I think I can make a contribution
