I don’t know where I would be if it weren’t for the “Dry Guys” and specifically Mike Johnson. We had considerable water damage and mold due to a upstairs condo water leak. So blessed that Mike came over and guided me to all I had to do. To tell the truth my head was spinning due to all the people I had to get in touch with. Mike calmed the storms and I followed all what he told me I should do. Whenever I had a question Mike was always ready and willing to give an answer. Forever grateful.

This was my first time trying a dry carpet cleaning service. The carpet looks great and I love that I dont have to wait for it to dry. The guys were on time, thorough, polite, professional and got the job done quickly. I am very happy with the service.

The Dry Guys are the only company that I would allow to clean my carpets in my house. They are professional and thorough in their work. I cannot recommend them enough! They also completely saved my bacon after we had a massive flood in the basement of the theater and they helped make sure everything was dried and cleaned up thoroughly. They will always be my first call!

You hope you never need them but are so happy they are there when you do.They helped up clean the water out of our basement when our sump pump failed. They got there quickly and treated our belongings with care. They do their best to save everything they can and they are very thorough with drying things out.When they finished you would have never known there was water there. I hope you never need to call because your house/basement floods- but if you have water call Dry Guys first!

Dry Guys Review⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! A month back I had about 2 inches of sewage water in my basement. Mike was able to get to my place within an hour, assess the damage quickly and put my worries to rest. He was extremely professional and gave lot of great tips and tricks to help make sure everything was truly cleaned and great insights into potential future issues. I cannot recommend these guys enough. While I hope I never go through this again, the Dry Guys will forever have my business. Go local, go Dry Guys.

Although I probably should not just yet be writing a review seeing as how I just dropped my rug off, but I will tell you pulling into the parking lot it appeared as though it was more of a commercial warehouse type situation and I expected to be treated accordingly. To my surprise I was shocked at how friendly the two ladies that greeted me at the front desk where, that followed up by the gentleman who helped me get the rug out of the back of my vehicle. The gal went on to take my information and asked me if there were any specific things wrong with the rug that they should know about. I explained that it was given to me by a friend who has three dogs. She told me that was really good information so that they are able to address issues with each particular rug depending on what wear and tear it has gone through or what needs to be addressed. I have full confidence that my rug will come out sparkling clean. I highly recommend this company based on their customer service alone, sadly nowadays THATS hard to find.

Excellent job! We were about to leave for the 4th of July and the power went out for 24 hours straight. It continued to rain and with no power- no sump pump. Basement flooded and we called the Dry Guys. They came out quick and started pulling up carpet and getting things dried out within a few hours! They were even able to save the drywall with their fast response time! Thanks again Dry Guys!

In the process of selling some property it was noted that there was moisture in the attic spaces. I contacted this company and they were very helpful and timely in remediation of the issue. The selling process was saved because of their diligence.

We were very happy with their service. The carpet smells and looks great and you really dont have to wait for it to dry like other carpet cleaners. They were responsive and professional. They explained the process and answered all our questions. They were on time, kept to the schedule and were respectful of our home. The price was good and we will differently use The Dry Guys again.

I had an unfortunate leak in one of my rental units that caused a lot of mold to build up. The Dry Guys came and removed all of the mold behind the walls and floors. They are extremely professional and do an A+ job. If you have any mold problems The Dry Guys are the place to call!
