Not nearly as great as years ago, this gigantic market still offers a huge selection of supermarket standards, ethnic foods, produce and packaged bakery items. Many items are cheaper than other Kenosha stores. Great selection of Wisconsin foods:Cheese, beer, sausage, snacks, coffee, sweets. And lowest gas prices in about a 40 mile radius.

I always love this place. Prices are good and the variety is there. I support employee owned businesses whenever I can.

Large grocery store with good prices. Shelves are restocked while customers shop, blocking aisles and forcing customers into close contact. Prices at the register are not always what is marked on the shelf. Pick your fruit carefully. Employees may not be masked.

I used a self checkout register to purchase some groceries. I noticed right away this register is having problems adding up and scanning my groceries. I noticed I was being charged twice for items. I asked to have some items removed and I put the unwanted items in a cart & gave it back to the head cashier. I paid for my groceries, thinking all was good. When I got home, I noticed I was charged $18+ more than what I came home with. I called them up & spoke to the front end supervisor who transfered me to another employee who asked me what items I was missing, what my grand total bill amount showed on my sales receipt. I provided everything the employee asked for. I was then told a security guard will call me back after he investigates this problem and assured me he will check the self checkout register I used yesterday. I received a call from the security guard this morning and come to find out he told me I was never charged twice for an item, and he told me he did not check out the self checkout register I used because he assured me there was nothing wrong with it. He then tried to blame me for their store & self checkout registers malfunction that caused this problem in the first place. Just watch very carefully at how any of their registers, both self checkout & the ones with cashiers operating them because I was overcharged $18+ and still out of some items I was charged for & never came home with. I will show my receipt to the store manager the next time I shop to prove my case since their security guard failed to do his job correctly & blaming the customer. I will still give the Kenosha Woodmans store another chance, but next time, Im going to use a cashier operating her own register & you can bet Ill be keeping a very close eye on each item he or she rings up, and taking a picture of each item I buy off the shed to guarantee an accurate grocery bill in the end & will have picture proof in case of anymore mistakes Woodmans employees and registers make, so I can show my proof! As they say ..A picture is worth a thousand words!. A word to the wise, be very careful & keep your eyes and ears open as you ring up or have your groceries rung up at the Kenosha Woodmans grocery store to avoid a horrible shopping experience at their self check outs folks.

They have both the ABC items as well as the XYZs. Multiple suppliers of same. Fair pricing.

I want to move to Wisconsin just so I can shop away at Woodmans ! This grocery store has the best selection and best variety of food brands Ive ever seen. I honestly love this place! PS, they will allow you to park behind the building if youre a truck driver and need to shop.

As a whole, I love Woodmans but my latest visit at the store located in Kenosha left a bad taste in my mouth.I was at the self check out and after getting an error, the employee sad she could help me at her register station, which I was standing next too. Great, thank you.She reprints the receipt so she pull up my transaction on her station, place the receipt down then leaves to help two other customers.Good customer service would be to finish helping the customer you started with instead of leaving them to do something else.

Stopped on our way home to Kentucky. Awesome store. Very clean. Easy to find what you need. And a great variety of brands at great prices. Will definitely stop in on our next trip to Wisconsin.

Love the variety, the lower cost on many items. Always happy to help a customer find something. I stop by and stock up on local goods whenever Im in the area and its great for getting stuff to cook on your camping trip!

Been awhile since Ive been in there cause i dont work in Kenosha anymore. Stopped in and was amazed at how big its grown. Best grocery store ever. Like a mall. Liquor department is sick.

Ive been going to this grocery store for 20 years. Its my favourite one, hands down. They have the best prices and such an incredible selection, anything and everything. And if youre looking for specialty foods (gluten free, natural, organic, vegan, etc), their selection is killer!!Always clean and very friendly staff (the baggers are also usually really great, only ever had a few I was disappointed with).

So many choices of food and so many different brands. Also big choices of gluten of free. Loved it.Also huge selection of gluten free items.Im on vacation here. I would love to have a Woodmans in California. I keep telling my husband I will miss Woodmans

We visited in a Saturday, so it was busy. However, the employees are helpful and will direct you to what you are looking for. I found good pricing on many items we shop for. Their bakery department had a great selection of breads.....

We always try to stop at Woodmans after seeing family. After 2020, it was good to be able to do that again. Love the selection, service, and pricing. There is something for everyone. Wish we had one close to home.

Woodmans is a big big store should have everything you need lots of items on sale. Enjoy shopping for the many clearance items they have.

Alittle overwhelming at first so many isles and endless variety. Dont go in for a quick trip.

If you want a grocery store with it all, Woodmans is it. Just be prepared to get lost! These stores tend to be big - which means you will find what youre looking for - eventually, but with a lot of alternatives too. Really good liquor department too, with a lot of beer variants and spirits.

I absolutely love shopping here, especially their Kenosha location. Decent prices on groceries and love the delicious, sometimes hard to find Wisconsin items (cheese, beer, sausage, smoked fish, etc.). The Kenosha locale gives me a convenient excuse to visit Wisconsin, to pick up some yummy Spotted Cow. (New Glarus, I wish you sold your remarkably satisfying adult beverage products down here).

Been out of stock for sugar free jello cups and sugar free whipped cream (land o lakes) for 3 weeks now. Really ?? How long does it take to replenish an item or 2. ?

When I make it into Wisconsin I always try to make it to Woodmans to restock my truck as they always have great sales and good prices.

This was my first time at Woodmans. Truthfully, it was somewhat overwhelming in seize and assortment. Great place to go to once in a while and stock up on basics. There are no cashiers, so for example self check out of fresh vegetables is a new experience. Also, they accept the Discover card, bank ATM cards and cash only.

This place really needs a proper deli, and a butchers corner. A plus would be liquor sales past 8:45

Everything you could ask for is here. Unfortunately they sell out of items alot (might be vendor or manufacturers fault).

We fired in here real quick at the gas station ⛽. Grabbed some cheap fuel and used the restroom. Clean,convenient, and fast!

Always clean and well stocked. The place is massive and takes a while to get through the largest selection of dairy, frozen pizza and more I have ever seen.

Will almost always have what youre looking for when it comes to groceries. Lots of foreign food options, all organized very well and always stocked. The produce can be hit or miss in terms of ripeness, Im very frequently I will see moldy produce out still. If you go during normal grocery shopping hours, the store will very likely be packed, and the aisles arent wide enough for more than two people to be across them at any given time, less so in the produce area.I strongly suggest going early in the day or after 8pm to avoid the crowds.

Love this place but it’s huge and hard to navigate. I suggest you download the app. Do a search for what you’re seeking, tells you the aisle number.

Woodmans isnt super common around here, so I wasnt sure what to expect on my first visit. They have surprisingly good prices on many items! They also have an incredibly wide cheese selection.

Woodmans has many items I cant find in other stores. Plus they have a good health, natural food section that i really like. Their produce is also very good, with varieties not found in other stores.

I went for one 12-pack of spotted cow, and I left with way more! Excellent beer, wine, and liquor selections. Would recommend!

If I explain my child has a brain injury and cant wear a mask then that should be it! Our lives are harder than any of you can imagine and we need KINDNESS! Then when I go to checkout the bag lady yells at me they dont take credit cards. Im out of state for treatment for our daughter and chose your store for the KIND reviews. I will NEVER encourage anyone to shop here. I continued to offer kindness but it was not returned. Trust me...Take your business somewhere else

I used to work here. Not only are they a great store to shop at, with a wide selection and great prices, but they are an amazing company to work for. If I could get back in I would happily leave the job I have now and run right back.

They dont take credit cards. They dont take credit cards. Nobody cares about your lower fee structure. Charge me more but at least adapt and stay relevant.

Absolutely love shopping here. An absolutely massive variety of products can be found here. From imported goods to a bakery section that includes products from local Pastry chefs.Being open 24 hours is also a huge bonus as I usually get off work late amd prefer to do my shopping late. Ive also had wonderful experiences with the staff. This is a market that you will find good products in,amd good employees. Id recommend stopping in and looking around, youll find something you like.

I have been doing my major grocery at this Woodmans since it was built when I had a family of 8. Now its just me and all except a couple select items, their prices just cant be beat.However, one negative is the fact that a good majority of the time, the checkout lines are very long and I honestly can never figure out why this is. This aspect of customer service definitely takes away from the overall positive experience, sometimes even to the point of making it a negative one. This is very unfortunate 😔

Woodmans is the Disney World of grocery shopping. Even as a child I would look forward to going here. Im not sure why, but literally every other grocery store is inferior to Woodmans. Now that I live in Wyoming, I always enjoy visiting this magical place when we visit home!

Went early during day to avoid the crowds. It didnt work. Late night shopping is way more fun anyway. Staff when available is always helpful.

Went in tonight and parked in a handicap spot near the south doors. Yes, I am handicapped. Started shopping- ended up getting 2 carts of merchandise including firewood. Only 2 lanes open, and lines were long. Had to use self checkout. Many of us had full to the brim carts. Think management would open another regular checkout - hell no. On top of it, they locked the doors where I came in. Told me I would have to walk around back to my truck. I am in a walking boot because of a shattered foot. They didn’t care. I will NEVER shop here again. Meijers is half the distance from my house and I wanted to shop woodmans because it is based in Wisconsin. Screw them. Meijers it is.

Wouldnt be a successful stop at Woodmans without visiting the liquor store. Widest selection of Midwestern beers in Kenosha. Searching for Wisconsin micro brews? Search no further. Plenty of New Glarus, Ale Asylum, Lakefront and MKE. Found many hard to get Michigan beers. No lines and 6 ft distancing in place. they only take Cash/Checks, Debit and Discover.

This Woodmans is gigantic, way bigger than the Woodmans back home. The store (food wise) is way bigger and even the liquor store is way bigger. Seems like its cheaper than Illinois too. Big thumbs up, a really cool store, a little overwhelming but a really cool store. If you cant find it at Woodmans, it doesnt exist.

One of the seven wonders of the world, fantastic selections spread out over acres of floorspace. Grocery selections offer many choices. Produce is fresh. The selection of beef cuts are limited, the quality of beef is lacking. Over all a.pleasure to shop.

If youre looking for something, its probably here! Wide variety of products! Good prices too! I always shopped here instead of at the commissary at the Naval Base at Great Lakes, prices comparable or better! Could have a better selection of meat. Have to go to Jewel for cubed steak cuz they dont have it here... this is actually shocking because they have just about everything else.

Most times, best prices in town, and they have everything . Staff is always respectful and helpful . I always go to Woodman first when Im looking for things .

Whats not to like? The selection is fantastic, the store has EVERYTHING, the meat department has fresh good looking meat, the produce is fresh and I can find things I cant get at other stores. Did I mention the prices generally beat other stores? The requirement to pay with cash or Discover card keeps the prices low. I also love the low price on gas. Best. Place. Ever!

You can find literally anything there. Oh for the days just to walk the aisles just looking. Baileys Irish cream cookies, donkey chips and peach rings all along side very nice produce. Its a true outing. Have fun.

Im new to this area. I love this grocery store. Its very very large. Wide variety. Staff always bags my groceries quickly and are friendly.

Grocery shop here all the time. The store is clean and pretty much has everything we need. We utilize the self check out system and the staff always comes and helps us scan our boxes of water without a problem which makes it so much easier for us.

Amazing how big this supermarket is!! It has everything, and you can easily spend a lot of time there, and just food! It is like a Wallmart, but just for food. Impressive.

This is the greatest grocery store in the history of grocery stores. If they dont have it, you dont need it. This is one of the places I miss most since moving to Ohio. Prices and selection that cant be beat. Definitely worth a stop.
