I gave this team a CHALLENGE! Four years of multiple dogs and various trail visits left their mark on the interior of my car. The labor they put in to get this car back into almost new condition was remarkable. HIGHLY recommend!

Phone is answered maybe half the time. Phone calls never returned. Appointments not honored when I show up even after confirming the day before. Mediocre quality work. I’m amazed that they stay in business. Also really regretting that I purchased a wash package from them. Splash on Dundee and Skokie Blvd is 1000% better. These guys do not really even deserve a star. I am sitting out here for a 10am appointment that I confirmed the day before and nobody is here even though their posted hours start at 8am. I think that they may have gone out of business.

Bought a Groupon for my wife and completely regret it. It’s a complete scam. Run the other way if you see this on Groupon. Place looks like a dump.

These guys are the bomb. I left my sunroof open with massive rain. Horrible mildew smell for two weeks. Car was also a mess in general. These guys spent two days cleaning the car and carpet. It wasn’t cheap but I am three weeks out now from the cleaning and the car still smells brand new and looks awesome. I would highly recommend them.

Jay the manager was exceptional, when my vehicle needed help, and his cousin Alex was also very helpful...They went out of their way when my vehicle needed air in all four almost flat tires!!!!They didnt have to help me, but they did!!!I dont live close to their business, but I know when people go out of their way to help someone in need without hesitation, its a business that is exceptional!!!Thank you so much!!!

I started using this place a few months back after I bought a 09 R8 that needed to be hand washed as it was too low for the auto washes. Anyhow, this place rocks and is very competitively priced. The service is very quick for a hand wash, they do an amazing job and just re-did their waiting room. If you live in the North Shore area and are looking for a quality place to get your car hand washed I highly recommend it.

Ok, so the working people are nice guys but this is the second time i used In three years to my disappointment . Both times a horrible job! Bugs still on front, mystery spots, just a horrible job! Then charged extra $30 as RAV4 is SUV. Not the place for quality if that is what you want. The manager is always on his mobile and seems very disengaged in business

The worst experience with any business that I have ever encountered. I made an appointment 2 days before, and drove 50 miles. There was one person there. I stolled the neighborhood for 3 hours, in the cold to be told that my car couldnt be cleaned because there werent enough staff. I then asked if i could have a wash for all the trouble and was told that it would be another hour and a half wait for two other cars that were there, even though my car was there 3 hours earlier.
