Tried to get an alignment here recently. Made an appointment and then got there on time and waited 15 minutes before any acknowledgement. Then after that, the car sat there for 40 minutes (they knew I was waiting) before they even pulled it in. I had already called for a ride since they were clearly in no hurry.So I left then get a call 40 minutes later claiming that I need all kinds of front end work which I knew wasnt the case.(I had just replaced some parts up front and that was the reason for the alignment). I just told them I would come pick the car up. Then when I got there they tried to charge me for the quote for the work that wasnt needed. I did not pay this because I never asked them for any quote...I went home and jacked the car up and verified that everything was tight and I did not need any front end work besides an alignment. The parts underneath had surface rust but no issues. I even loosened the tie rod ends just in case they meant they were seized or something but they werent. They were either trying to scam me or were just incompetent. I took it to another shop and got it aligned with no problems.This place might be fine if you want crushed pinch welds and 10 year old used tires but I wouldnt come here for anything other than that.

Went there on a Tuesday looking for a couple of decent used tires, the young man told me they didnt have any decent ones and they would be getting some more in on Thursday and he would save them for me, went in and they took care of me, paid a good price, I was very happy.

Great place and staff. They were extremely helpful and there was no wait time, like most places in kenosha. They were able to fit me in right away. I went here to swap out 4 tires on my truck and a bad tpms sensor. This will be my go to place for tire service going forward. Very reasonable price as well. All around a great experience while doing business with them.

We had a rental car that had a tire leak that was large. They could not patch it up but had another tire that didnt break the bank to buy. The guys that worked there had the tire changed with in 15 mins. They were very polite, compassionate and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go there.

The guy behind the desk was rude! Brought in my truck because of the screw in the tire, I knew it didn’t puncture the tire just the tire tread. He didn’t even look at it just told me he couldn’t fix it. I will never go back to this place and will tell others not to go here.. very rude! If I could give them a zero I would. Needless to say I went to another tire shop and they were great and pull the screw out of the tire tread..

Weve been going to Mullers since 2004, always bought new tires for all of our vehicles from them.Today my husband takes our Truck there to have the tires rotated not only did they rotate them they put a perfect deep circular scratch on both of the rims. Needless to say they lost our business. So if you value your vehicle make sure you watch everything they do when they mount or rotate your tires. I hate this happened because I really like the idea of having the same place to go to.

I have only gone to Muellers several times. I needed tires and Muellers was recommended to me by my own mechanic who has his own business in town. I recently had an issue with my blower. I needed help right away. Unable to get in to my mechanic I went to Muellers. They immediately looked at my car and called all over town to find my part to no avail. The earliest I could get the part was in 10 days. The mechanic fixed my car by applying a lubricant as a temporary fix until my part came in. I was very grateful for the extra mile they went for me.The whole staff has always been pleasant. Brenda has always been there when I was there and runs a smooth ship with a warm family atmosphere. I live in the area going by there several times a day and they are always busy.I would highly recommend .

The lady in the front was very nice and friendly but it stops there, I came in with my grandmother to get her spare tire mounted and put on her because the one that is currently on there has a bad bald spot and the threads are showing! The tire she brought with was an old one that was warn but way better then what was on and they refused to put it on they made her leave with the flat Bald tire. The tire she wanted put on was not great but it was better then whats on there and would have been fine for a few weeks. I would have came back and bought a set of brand new tires but now we will never be back l. Save yourself a trip because clearly they dont want nor do they need your business!

An honest business that has won my business for life. I had a screw in my truck tire. I took it Mueller’s Tire and they check it out for me and turn out the screws didn’t go all the way through. They told me that my tire didn’t need any repair. So they put my tire back on air it up and charged me nothing. Awesome!

I scheduled an alignment with Muellers after replacing all of my front end steering parts. The car steering wheel was centered and the car pulled slightly to the right after my repairs. (You need an alignment after the front steering parts are replaced). I took the car in and was told the front wheel bearings were bad (125.00) and it is not worth aligning until they are fixed. Thanks. Makes sense. I picked up the car and took it home to replace the front wheel bearings only to find they were not bad. (they were replaced about 4 years ago). I replaced them anyway since I had everything apart and purchased. I took the car back in for the alignment. When I drove it afterwords, it drove straight but the steering wheel was at 10 oclock position. I took the car back and was first told it was due to a bad steering box that they tried to adjust and after I questioned that excuse I was told it was because of bad front tire wear. (My front tires are EVENLY worn and are due for replacement soon. Wait, they sell tires too!) Its a longer story but it was obvious they were not going to redo the alignment correctly and center my steering wheel. I was told that once I got new tires they would check it again. I left and spoke to some mechanics I know and from where I work and all have told me that I was taken and to never take my car back to Muellers again. I WONT!

Great place. No appointment needed! Brenda at the front desk took care of me right when I walked in. The mechanic, Bill, took the time to drive my car and diagnose the issues.A lady walked in thinking she had a leak, but ended up just needing air- they only charge $2 for that. I would recommend!!

Originally I wanted to get both my cars new tires with you guys since you had some of the better reviews sucks you dont cary the size for my GTI but after finding out one of the tires wasnt installed properly on the one car I did do. Having to wait till Monday since I realized on Sat. After you guys had closed which was fine. You took care of the repair which is why you get 2 starts but when I talked to the tech that fixed my flat said my rim was cracked? Which makes no sense since the last tire on that rim never leaked air, I also have video proof showing the air leak from the air valve stem. Why would you install a tire on a crack rim in the first place??? And not tell the client! I was gonna get my GTI new tires through you guys but after this experience Im looking else where.

Had bought tires and had them put on!! Yesterday I got stranded on they highway for 2 hours because when there employees put my tires on they stripped my lugnuts !! Couldnt call til today due to it being 4th of July the lady Jessica was very rude !! And screamed in the phone at me !! All I wanted was for them to replace the lugnuts that they stripped out !! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN there employees will make you spend more money on your vehicle then you should !! I have known this family since we were kids !! But I still will never return .

Got my tire plugged. Fast service

Took my car there to have new wheels and tires assembled. Had to return the next business day to have them rebalance.In that process they left several scratches whole removing the old weights from my new wheels. At the end of that same week I find my left front tire low on air. While reinflating I find the screw in stem is loose. All the other three have marks in the coating on the nuts from being tightened, but not this one! Took the car to tires plus for a third rebalance in two weeks and they found the the brand new tpms sensor that I had muellers install was rolling around loose in the tire. Shoddy work all the way around and no apologies just the tech trying to find ways to blame the balance issue on me. Never again!

Never before have I been so thoroughly screwed over by a business. I urge you to stay away. I went here for new tires, and after they had replaced the tires they told me I needed additional repairs, then once they had completed those repairs, they told me I needed more additional repairs, and then again, after those repairs, low and behold I again needed something more. In total it would cost me more than $3000 for all the repairs they claimed I needed. Plus, they replaced something, later telling me that it was a mistake and didnt need to be replaced, but they charged me for it anyway, saying Everybody makes mistakes. Yes, everybody makes mistakes, but it is not your customers who should pay for those mistakes. Im not even saying that they are lying about all of the repairs needed. Ive made an appointment with a new mechanic and will find out then. My complaint is that, instead of telling me everything that was wrong initially, they gave it to me piece by piece, so by the time I found out about the next problem I was already on the hook financially for the first. If they had told me up front that I needed $3000 worth of repairs, I would have purchased a new vehicle. Instead, they told me I needed $600-a reasonable investment- then another $800-which, fine, I already spent $600, might as well finish the job. Then, when Im already $1400 in, they tell me about the other $1000 dollars worth of repairs plus additional repairs I didnt even bother getting an estimate for. I am shocked and dismayed at the blatantly dishonest business practices this shop employs. Again, I urge you, stay away
