Bellevue Healthcare of Kennewick customer service is why I keep going back when I am looking for equipment or repairs. Knowledgeable and flexible. They always make the time to do things right. I highly recommend them for their quality equipment & supplies and maintenance capabilities.

I give this business a STRONG 5 star review. I have dealt with them twice and the service could not have been better either time! I am in a wheelchair and was going to have them come pick up my unit and have them diagnosis the problem and fix it at their shop. Juan, their service tech called and asked if he could instead just come to my house and look at the unit and maybe fix it on site. Well, of course my answer was yes! I had no idea they made house calls. Juan came to my house, REPAIRED IT ON THE SPOT and charged me less than what it would have been to have them transport the chair to their shop, not even counting the repair. I am telling you, I was SO HAPPY and impressed! What a GREAT COMPANY!

This place has phenomenal customer service, went in for a cpap machine. Leo made sure I had a clear understanding of how to setup and maintain the machine. Highly recommend this business. Thanks for all your help guys.

Tanner Johnson, the Customer Service Rep of Kennewick, WA, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help my father find the right lift chair for his handicap needs. Tanner was patient and took the time to explain the features of the chair and what Bellevue Healthcare has to offer, which is much appreciated seeing how he had to explain himself a few times over. Tanner found us a price that was fitting and even went the extra mile to see if he could get us a lower price on the chair! And Tanner didnt stop there, he also arranged same-day delivery. The service we received felt personal, and the store is designed with the elderly, disabled, and/or handicapped in mind! Thank you!

This place is absolute trash. Their sketchy parking lot gets even better with a door that doesnt work. I would recommend you try literally ANYWHERE else. Dont waste your time with this place. We visited Bellevue Healthcare a few days ago. We found the perfect wheelchair for my aging step-dad. These people couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. Knowledgeable and respectful of the elderly. My parents even noticed. For once they werent defensive feeling they were going to be ripped off because they are elderly. I have needed to use a Rollator twice on a temporary basis and I was very pleased to be able to rent a nice one, at Bellevue. The people there have been friendly, nice & both times very helpful. Excellant customer service.

Its really to bad I cant give zero stars.My mother went in to purchase a toilet riser because my 103 yr old grandmother just had hip surgery. She was told this product would fit any toilet. It doesnt, not even close. It even says in the directions that it doesnt fit all toilets and that you shouldnt use it if it doesnt. Our toilets are American Standards and less than 5 yrs old. When she tried to return it, she was refused because it had been removed from the box. Well, there was no box. The seat was in one plastic bag and the arms were in another generic grocery style bag. I believe this was already an open box item. Really sad that a store in business to help people has misrepresented their products and refuses to be accountable for their mistakes. We need to take care of our elders not take advantage of them.

What an amazing help Zach was at Bellevue Health Car in Kennewick. While traveling our ROHO cushion popped and could not be patched. Zach went above and beyond to help us find a replacement on the weekend as we passed through his area, taking time out from his personal life to meet us to get a new cushion. People like this are a rare find anymore. Thank you Zach! Great people here with awesome customer service.

I would just like to start off by saying thank you to Ryan at Bellevue healthcare! I came in from out of town for a couple of days and was need of some portable oxygen. I was really apprehensive about my trip and the circumstances surrounding it. Ryan came to my rescue and was so nice and accommodating that obtaining my oxygen was the actually least of my worries. He made the whole process WORRY FREE!! Words can’t express how much I appreciate Bellevue healthcare and more specifically Ryan! I will definitely be coming back there if I am in need and in the Tri cities area again. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, not just for oxygen but for any of your healthcare equipment needs and whether you are from out of town or live in town. Thanks a bunch 🙏🏾😀

If I could give zero stars I would. This business killed my father. The oxygen was not hooked up properly so it leaked into the room instead of being delivered into my fathers lungs. His oxygen saturations dropped into the 50s and he died 12 hours later.

NO ONE there will return a phone call. Sometimes they will not pick up the phone. Very unprofessional!!!
