I had to go to the Benton County Housing and pick up some papers that just needs signatures. The driver knew exactly how to get there. She even went and got the papers posted on the tack board, as I am disabled and the office is still closed due to Covid. She waited while I signed everything and put them in the drop box for me. She even took care of my walker for me. We shared family pics on the phone and had a good trip. Good experience.

Much much faster pick up times than the other taxi companies I called. After multiple times, Ive never had to wait longer than 20 minutes for a pick up. The cars are clean, the drivers are friendly and well groomed and most importantly, safe. The rates are much less than what I expected, as well! Ill never Uber again!If you are in the need of fast, safe, clean, affordable transportation, call Amigo!

Have used several local taxi services and must say Amigo Taxi is our favorite. These folks are friendly, available, quick and efficient. They really go a step beyond there competitors by coming to the door when they arrive or giving you a phone call if you prefer. They gladly make stops along the way to your destination if you wish. They will always be my first choice!!!

Taxi was 20 minutes late. So I called a different cab company and got picked up before they showed up. Sonia called and asked where I was, told her they were 30 minutes late, so I got a different cab. She then rudely told me next time call if you arent going to be at pick up at a certain time, thanks for wasting my time and then hung up. Dont talk to me about wasting time and being somewhere at a certain time if you cant do the same.

Needed to be at the airport by 4am so asked for a pick up st 3:45, driver wasnt there so called them and the gentlemen who answered said maybe driver was running late and would call him. No return call or driver so at 3:53, I called to say forget it, Ill drive and it was there driver who answered; driver said he was 2 mins away so I had my husband turn around to go home. 8 mins later, still no driver so ended up having to drive anyway, driver then called and asked if I left, why yes I did, your 2 mins turned into 10 and I have a flight to catch. Very frustrating that now Im running late and have to pay for long term parking.

I asked to pick me up at Richland and they said in 25 minutes, waiting an hour and never showed up. Poor service. I told you friend that I wanted to go to Pasco but you didnt take my word for it. I never call you again.
