A great family owned business. Very friendly and professional. Came out in a timely matter and found problem right away. Did a great job with a good price. Would definitely recommend. Will be using Gregs septic services from now on.

Called around to get the lowest price. Theirs beat the competition.By all accounts they did a great job. But then they added on a surprise $30 fee. Something about cleaning out the tank with water and hauling that away too. I thought that was part of the job! In any case, say something to the customer beforehand. Don’t just surprise them with extra charges.

We had them come to clean out our tank. When we were looking at it, David recognized it was a potential root problem in the drain field from our willow tree, and not the drain field going bad. He was very knowledgable and knew what he was doing. He finished the job and recommended we have someone come check our system.We did as he suggested, had it checked. Ended up having to do a restoration of the drain field, and thankfully was the fix to our issue.Thanks for the hard work and knowledge

Dont pay cash without a receipt... they will scam you out of another payment,make up numbers that they pumped, as I was not able to be there when the work was done,take you to court and everything,... not trustworthy or honest people at all!! Hope they go under as this Im not the first person this has happened to after talking to the sherriff that served me court papers.... scam artist !

Great service and very fast got done the day after closing while we moved in. Didnt try to sell me anything extra and answered all my questions about the system.

Took 2 tries on two separate days to dig out my septic tank, even using the map from the Health Department. I was charged $60 the first try which unearthed a concrete cover that was later found to be something a previous homeowner likely tossed aside, now Im being charged $40 to uncover the actual tank, and thats just from the digger. Im not committing to any more from this company. They just want the $$ regardless whether the job is being properly completed.
