Ive been renting my home in Washington for the last 5 years, and now that I live in Ohio, I was dreading the time when my tenant moved out and I had to sell. I tried selling before renting back in 2012, but had no luck.I met Cari through a former coworker and we talked about my options in selling when the time came, as my tenant was a few months away from moving out. I flew out to inspect the home and meet with Cari, where she took the time to meet me and answer any questions I had, even though this sale wouldnt be happening anytime soon.Flash forward several months, when my house was finally ready to prepare to list. My house was listed, and I received a full price offer in 26 hours! Cari took care of everything so I didnt have to fly out again. All the work needed to have the house listed, and the few issues that came up after inspection were taken care of promptly and bills sent to me. She was there every step of the way, professionally reassuring, and always with an answer to any question or concern I had, of which there were many.Two days ago we closed, and the house is completely out of my hands and off my mind. I moved here in January, 2017, and worked with 2 other realtors before my boss recommended Cari McGee to me after listening to another story of nearly having found a house only to lose it in the bidding process or reject it after bad inspection reports. When my husband joined us, she took us to a new listing that we loved and offered to buy, but the owner thought that his wife had listed it for too little and raised the price substantially, so we withdrew our offer.
