Mrs. B a very sweet lady and has a heart of gold. My husband’s family has known the Bennett’s for over 40 years and have NEVER had any issues whatsoever. So for some of these folks that gave a “1”star to say Mrs. B is rude…you only get treated how you treat people, that’s how I was raised…respect is earned.Bennett Rentals will have our business as long as they are in business.

Been goin here since a youngster w/dad--same owner all these decades (shes a hoot youll want to get to know). When the pump I rented today gave out after a few minutes they gave me a different one PLUS a back-up!Bennet Rentals is a community institution!

Love coming to this place for our rental. Various tools, trailers, etc. Mrs Bennett always greets with a smile and conversation. At 92 she is still serving the community along with other family members. Kennewick is blessed to have Bennett Rentals.

Used Bennett rentals for my wedding. I rented 5 tables, an easel, 5 linens and over 400 pieces of glassware. They had everything I needed and SUPER reasonable pricing (less than 200 for all of the above). Very sweet mother/son team.

These guys are extremely professional and the old lady the runs the counter is so sweet. I rented a jack and had to keep it for a few extra days due to incorrect part delivery and they gave me an extremely good deal, and were very understanding easy to work with. I would reccomend them to anyone.

They take customer service to another level!! They always have a smile! Love the new 8 ft yard sale tables. And the clothing rack was totally worth it!

The Bennetts Rental family has been around for a very long time. Mrs. B was always at the counter rain or shine. A younger generation is now running it exactly as she would, if you had a question ot problem theyll help you find the best answer. Noticable from the street, parking right out front. Their right out there ready to load whatever you need. Prices are usually lower than the chain stores

Older lady at the counter was rude I am Hispanic and I asked her if they had any jumping jacks. She looked at me and said, “ no because some Mexican stole them”. That was all she said didn’t offer me an alternative. I will never go there again it is also old and messy inside.

My spouse and I have rented from the Bennett family almost exclusively for the past 10 years. From our home in N. Richland, theyre the farthest rental shop from us; however, based on customer service, condition of equipment, and price, theyre the first shop we call prior to the next project beginning. From pull trailers, yard & garden machinery, to wedding supplies, we choose to support the Bennett family. Theyre good, salt of the earth people, whore always willing to place your needs as a priority to their own. Theyll hold machinery, flex their hours, and never forget to treat you like an old friend. Ive dealt with other shops in Pasco and Richland when necessary, but their service isnt a comparison to what youll receive at Bennett.

I called to rent a list of equipment and the older lady that answered the phone was terribly rude. Then after telling me that she doesnt have what I was asking for first said thank you in a condescending tone then hung up. I then tried to call back and nobody answered. Ive never been treated so rudely by someone when I call as a potential customer.
